Nate kept looking at Talia . She just didn't seem right mentally . He understood she was held hostage and ruffed up a bit . But she's safe now and her demeanor still hasn't changed . He knew what he had to do. He had to get his lady back . He checked his GPS to find the nearest hotel in Denver Colorado . They had been driving almost fifteen hours straight they needed a break . Nate booked a room that had a Jacuzzi suite . They pulled up to the hotel and checked in . Nate had the hotel put rose petals on the bed in a heart . They had champagne ready for them . Nate told her to order anything her heart and stomach desired . He went into the bathroom and ran water in the Jacuzzi . He got on his phone and downloaded a couple of songs he knew she'd like . Poured bubbles in the Jacuzzi and turned the jets on . He went back into the room and found Talia balled up and sleep . It was a knock at the door , " Room service !" They said . Nate grabbed his gun just in case and put it behind him in his waste . He tipped the waiter a fifty dollar bill . Nate locked the door and put a chair up against the door knob to make sure no one got in without them hearing . He walked over to Talia and kissed her forehead . "Babe I got this water ready , this food is here but come with me first ." He said rubbing her shoulders and neck . Nate kissed her neck " Your not yourself , come on let me rub on your back and kiss on your neck like I use to do ." Nate said helping her remove out her clothes and helping her in the Jacuzzi . The next morning the gassed up and grabbed some breakfast and continued their way to California . Nate called his cousin Nippsey again to make sure he'd be expecting them when they made it . They finally pulled into California . The scenery in California was totally different from Chicago . But it's all the same when dealing with money . Nate pulled up at Nippsey's house . He had people already outside kicking it , music bumping niggas and bitches walking around drinking fortys an smoking blunts like it was a restaurant . "What up cuz , my family from Chi town is here it's on like popcorn !" Nippsey yelled walking to the car with some of that Cali og kush blowing in the wind . Nate and him embraced each other . Nate looked at Talia , Nippsey said "So this is who all the drama is about , Yea cuz Brandon gave me the heads up on what was cracking back there , I done already talked to the Russians here , that dude Vladimir is a character he done went rogue on his own people's so they down to put a nail in his coffin but it's gone cost cuz this shit ain't for free , some of that loot her man took a percentage belong to them ." Nippsey said all along checking Talia out giving her that west coast stare trying to gauge if she loyal or not . She walked over to Nate and wrapped her arms around his waist . As Nate hit the blunt he turned to her and blew the smoke in her mouth . Nippsey seen that and started laughing like it tickled him . "Yea , she worth it fam , y'all come get in the cutlass we bout to have some fun and go ghost riding and blades down crenshaw ." He said everybody got in their drop top cutlasses and coupes and mobbed to crenshaw . It was cars everywhere mufuckas speeding and burning rubber , hopping put their cars and walking beside them while bumping their music , that ghost riding the whip ! Nate walked to Nippsey and asked "Aye fam , that spot on boulevard still open ?" "Hell yes , take my car and don't scratch my paint going up there , we'll talk business tomorrow ." Nippsey threw Nate the keys . Nate grabbed Talia's hand and opened the car door for her as she sat down . "Nate were you taking me , I'm kinda fucked up and rather be laying down right now ." Talia asked him . "I'm taking you to the most important and beautiful place here ." He told her . They made their way up the hills . He pulled up to a cliff overlooking the city . He got out and walked over to her door . They looked over the city they lights shining and cars driving around looked like little ants . "Look no more running babe , we kill Vladimir here , we start a new right here , you trust me ?" Nate asked her . "Of course I do ." She responded . They stood there as Tupac's ME Against The World , started to play . Not knowing there destiny but ready to conquer it . 

Back in Chicago , Vladimir had got word that Nate and Talia was in California . The Russian mafia had already contacted him to let him know . They wanted him to fly out asap . They wanted the percentage of money he owed them . Plus they had business ventures with some of the gangs in California and they needed payment also . Vladimir knew he had to kill Nate and Talia . They've basically shit on his organization . Payback was a must . He called his henchmen and put a half a million dollar hit on Nate and Talia . If it was a way he couldn't get to them using the Russian mafia in California then he'd do it his way . They've cost him to much money . He was on the next flight out in his private jet .
