* Sarah awake in the morning because the sun light hit her face, she open her eyes and look at the window with the wind blow the curtain. Sarah watch beside her and Evan still sleeping while hug her waist. Suddenly she sits in shocked.
Sarah: Oh my god! Oh no. I’m late!
* Sarah quickly takes her towel and run into the bathroom, in time Evan is awake and look at Sarah who is in a hurry. He looks at the clock, it was 9 o’clock in the morning and Sarah is totally late for work. Evan sits and waits for Sarah. Not longer than that Sarah done bath and quickly wear her uniform.
Sarah: Honey, I’m late! I’m so death now.
Evan: I’m sorry, I didn’t realize it too. (Look at Sarah went side to side of the room)
Sarah: No, it’s okay. I forgot to set the alarm.
Evan: It’s okay baby.
Sarah: Honey, when it comes to nursing, come late to work is totally unacceptable.
Evan: Well, it’s not something you want it to be.
* Evan rise and help Sarah to take her sock in the cupboard and take Sarah bag hanging behind the door and give it to Sarah.
Sarah: By the way, you didn’t work today.
Evan: I’m working but I’m afternoon shift.
* Evan gets out from the room and goes to the kitchen and takes a glass of milk and a bun, preparing for Sarah. He knows Sarah unable to prepare the breakfast today, so he take care of it for her. Not longer than that Sarah out from their bedroom and wear shoe.
Evan: Bug, I prepare you simple breakfast, you got to eat a little.
Sarah: Thanks honey. You’re so sweet.
* Evan just smiles proud and gives it to Sarah. Sarah drinks the milk until half and takes the bun.
Sarah: I’ll eat this on my way to the hospital. Anyway I’ve to go now. Thanks honey. I love you.
* Sarah kisses with Evan.
Evan: I love you too. Take care. I’ll see you tonight.
Sarah: Okay, oh by the way, don’t forget to take your breakfast. (While walk out the house)
Evan: Okay sweetheart. (Evan laughs a little to see Sarah act)
* Even she’s late but she still gives priority to Evan needs and she’s too caring about Evan.
* Sarah quickly runs to the hospital while eating her bun. As she arrived at the hospital, she quickly takes elevator to her ward. As she arrived the ward she goes to the sister room.
Sarah: Sister Linda, I’m sorry I’m late. I’m so sorry. (Full with tiredness and panic)
Sister: (Laugh a little) you’re lucky I didn’t get mad at you because we actually had extra staff today.
Sarah: (Feel release) Oh, huh... Thank god!
Sister: It’s okay. Most important now you’re here.
Sarah: Thank you sister. I promise I won’t be late again.
Sister: (Smiles) you better do your job now. And don’t forget you owe one hour.
Sarah: (Nodding) okay. Thanks again sister.
* Sarah come in to the staff room and put all her things in her rack, and text Evan.
SARAH TEXT: Honey, I’m safely arrived hospital, but I’ll be back late, I owe one hour for getting late. Don’t forget to take your breakfast. Take care. I love you so much.
* Evan had just finish bath when he got Sarah text, he read it and reply her.
EVAN TEXT: I’m glad you made it. Take care too baby. I love you more than anything.
* Sarah smiles reading Evan text and she doing her duty as usual, while Evan prepare himself to go to work. While he is on his way, someone exhort him.
Flora: Hey, Evan? (Feel surprise and hold his shoulder)
Evan: Flora? (Surprise too but quickly let go his shoulder from being hold by Flora)
Flora: (Weird) Uh, where you’re going?
Evan: To work.
Flora: You have a job now?
Evan: Look I’m late, I’ve to go.
Flora: Wait, why not we go for coffee.
Evan: No, thanks and I’m not interested. (Walk away)
Flora: Hope to see you again.
* Evan just walks without even looking at her and suddenly feels mad. Five years ago, Flora is actually his girlfriend, but it’s because Evan had no job that time and he actually poor that moment, while Flora come from rich family, Evan willing to do everything for her but not his luck in the end they break up and Flora had really disappointed him for humiliating him on her birthday in front of everybody. And after that day, Evan has move away from that place and travel to his place now.
