In Hosu, there have been more and more murders around the city. It seemed that the killer was targeting random people, as the first victims were a thug, a homeless man, a student, and a business woman. And then came the first hero victim, a local hero named Razor. What's strange was that his quirk involves turning his skeleton into any metal he's touched or ingested in the past. When his body was found, his skeleton was made of steel, yet every bone in his body was broken. Then more and more local heroes were found dead. Shortly after, prisoners in local nearby prisons were found dead in their cells. All bones broken.
"Hmm.. These people are getting weaker every time. Maybe I should go for the pro heroes...maybe they'll be more of a challenge" he says while walking away from yet another homicide, and this time, the victims were a rather large group of police officers. "These people are just no fun anymore..." He says while walking away from the bloody pile. The heroes couldn't find him. He left no traces. No fingerprints or any type of DNA sample in any of the crime scenes. When they checked any security camera footage, the videos would've been fully deleted and erased from the system or the camera wouldn't see his face.
