Beginning of the End

Izuku had almost reached 100% of One for All. With the help of All Might and Ochako, it was inevitable. The day had come where the teachers announced their Christmas break. The week before, Ochako had asked if she could move in with Izuku for awhile since her apartment was being renovated.

*time skip*
December 4.
We find the Midoriyas (Inko and Izuku), and Ochako watching the news while eating breakfast. It was pretty normal until:

"And now we move to Ken for the we-"

BANG!

An explosion had occurred. The camera was on the floor. The sound of footsteps could be heard. The person was getting closer. Then the person picked up the camera and pointed it to his face. It was Keiji.

"Greetings. Don't worry, I'll make this brief. Now, you may have heard about several murders around Hosu, and a villain who injured Endeavor. I am the culprit for both of these "tragedies", as you would call them. And you may be wondering why I'm out here broadcasting myself. That's because I'm here to issue a challenge. I challenge any hero, villain, or person to step up and fight me. I've been looking for a challenge for quite some time. Lose and you die, win and you've saved the world from facing a horrible fate. Now I must be off, the victims won't kill themselves right?" Then he dropped the camera and walked away.

Izuku was deep in thought while his mom and his bae were shivering in fear, trying to process what just happened. 'I have to do something.' He thought to himself. Then he looked to Ochako and went back to thinking. Ochako noticed this and was alarmed.

"Your not planning to fight that thing are you?" She asked in a worried tone. "Did you hear how many heroes he's killed?"

Inko joined in the conversation. "Izuku, I know your concerned, but I cannot risk losing you."

"But-"

"No buts. Now, I want you to promise me you won't fight."

"But....*sigh* fine, I promise."
