Chapter XIII: Readying

After that night, we woke up and I asked Enriquez again, "Enriquez, did you use protection? Because it was so overwhelming," then Enriquez starts to blush. I just shut my mouth up and we put back our clothes. Enriquez cooked me some eggs and bacon. After we had our breakfast, it was like a normal day again. We go to our work, we eat there at lunch, we go home to rest, and we sleep. It was just every other day, until, Enriquez asked me, "Liza, I have a question for you. Do you want to get married?" I was shocked to what he said and I answered, "Yes!!" Enriquez start to blush and he asked, "When will be the wedding?" "What about............. December 16, 2020!!" I answered. Then Enriquez and I start readying for our wedding. We start to do our wedding plan. We earned money for our wedding at the church in Oakland. We already start readying in November, 2020. Then our wedding savings had more money. Nighttime, December 14, 2020, I said to Enriquez, "Look at our jar!! It has much money!!" "Well...... tomorrow is our wedding's eve." He said. Then we slept. Morning and I don't see Enriquez, I tried to find him but I can't. I just went to my friend's house and we talked about what adventures we had since we met. I was getting ready for our wedding with Enriquez.
Back in Morning Time
Enriquez P.O.V
What time is it?? What??!! It's 8:30 am now!! I must get out of this house because old people said that when you're fiancée meet on wedding's eve, then your marriage would be cancelled!! I must get out of here...... fast!! Where's my gear? I need to find it.
10 minutes later
I must go to my friend's house. I must invite my friends to Barry's house and we'll talk about our friendship together. I went to my car and drove it to my friend's house. Barry welcomed me. I was surprised that my other friends are already there. "Why so early guys?" I asked, "We already want to talk about what happened in our life together as friends," my friend Dan answered. We went at the sofa and talked about our friendship. After we ate lunch, my friend's told me to get ready for our wedding with Liza. We already bought my wedding suit and Liza already bought her wedding gown too. My speech is ready too, I don't know if Liza's is done. Nighttime, I went to our reception venue and surprisingly, I saw Liza. "Why are you here??" I asked, "I think this is a coincidence," she answered. I tried to leave but Liza grabbed me and said to me, "Good luck to us, Enriquez," then she left. I hope that our wedding won't fail. Next day, I woke up early and our I started to get ready for today.
