I like a friend (Let's say that his name is Josh). Anyway, so I like 'Josh' right? But I don't know if he likes me back. I don't that he does, but I want to make sure. He talks to me differently than when he talks to other people. People have liked me before and I've liked them back, but then just find someone else. I'm afraid that he'll do the same with me. From,

The only way to find out is to just ask him. You will never know if you don't ask. Also, I would talk to a friend about this. Let's say 'Josh' really likes you and you don't ask him. Then you would never know and later on you may beat yourself up about it later on if you realized that he liked you. If he doesn't, then you should not beat yourself up for it. I hope you find a long, lasting relationship with 'Josh'. Also, he does not deserve you if he goes off and finds someone else.
My advice to you is to write him a letter or tell him in person that you like him. Or you could have a friend do it for you. If he goes and finds another person, them he really does not deserve you. Just be you. Healing takes time, so if he says no he don't then just do what you normal would do. don't let high school/middle school (Assuming you are a teen) ruin your life. Just let go and have fun.
