Nina POV

I couldn't sleep at all anymore

I felt cold and sick

I hated it

Every moment

I walked around the lodge and saw Zukyo leaving

I followed slowly scared of what was going on this time and saw him meet up with Z

"Look Z I need to talk to you please..." Zukyo frowned

Z glared and nodded

They walked to a room and I watched from the window

"Z I really am sorry about what happened...I loved you and I let that get in your way...please forgive me!" Zukyo bowed

"You weren't in my way Baka, nothing slows me down and quite frankly I think it's made you stronger. I know you haven't made it out and I know you can't wait to leave but...I know that when you do you'll make a fine man. Even if you ain't mine" Z smiled patting Zukyo's shoulder

"What?" Zukyo looked hurt

"I'm taken now. Sorry but I can't cheat on my boy" Z smiled "but you'd be a close second" Z smirked

"I...I understand but I-" Zukyo froze as a gun loading was heard

I felt myself being restrained as I watched a man aim a gun at Z

"You've outstayed your welcome Zegro" the man scoffed

He pulled the trigger and I screamed

"Z I won't stop loving you" Zukyo said kissing Z pushing her forward as the bullet hit the temple of his head

Z fell to the floor with his body draped over her own

I felt the two men disappear as I stared at the sight

Z picked up Zukyo's glasses and she pushed away his body and sobbed

"I can't believe it...he died because I couldn't stop them from killing him!" Z yelled snapping the glass of the glasses

"I won't let this be in vain!"

I sat up in bed sweating like anything

I ran into the kitchen and saw Z helping out to cook

She wore the same outfit as normal except one pocket that was always empty had something in it

"Nina why are you staring at my pocket?" Z chuckled

I didn't say anything since I was so exhausted but Z smiled pulling out the contents

Zukyo's glasses

"Where did you get them?" I stared

"Dunno, I just carry em around" Z smiled warmly "they make me feel kinda safe"

I sobbed and hugged Z

"Hey careful they're already broken" Z chuckled weakly putting them away

"I don't want you to go!" I sobbed

A man walked in and Z sighed

"Nina, let go" Z frowned hugging me slightly

"ASAHINA HANDS OFF OR MY HANDS WILL USE A GUN TO DO IT MYSELF!" The man snapped

I squeaked and pulled away

"Look, Z we have to go" the man frowned

"I'll see you in a bit" Z smiled

"O-okay" I sniffled

I walked away and Z walked outside

I sobbed into my pillow and hoped Z would escape the fate but I still felt awful

I was cold, hot, tired

I think I was coming down with something but sleeping makes my head hurt...
