The sign. She couldn't stop looking at it.
"Welcome to WillowWood".

This is it. Kadence could be here. She might find him. As she got closer to the front gate a man with brown, messy hair, yellow eyes, and tattered clothes appeared through a secret window.

"Say... I don't recognize you. Are you new here?"

"Uh.. yes.. um.. I'm just lo-"

"Oh you'll love it here! The people here are so nice! It's always nice to have a new resident. Or.. unless you aren't wanting to move in... *Gasp* are you a terrorist?!"

"What? No! I-I just came here to look for my brother!"

"Who's also a terrorist!?"

"No! We aren't terrorists! I'm just looking for him."

"Oh.. well okay. But do you plan on living here?"

"Well.. not really. I don't really live anywhere anymore."

"Well you should! It's great here. There's lots of different types of people living here. Like me, I'm an inventor!"

"Oh, really? That's cool. What uh.. have you invented?"

"Well.. nothing yet. Right now I just stay by the gate and make sure there's no terrorists coming in. But I will be one day!"

"Oh.... Well good luck with that." Casey observed the strangers movements. He seemed overly excited. He was very animated.

"So.. can I go in?"

"Oh! Yes of course. But, may I have your name?"

"It's Casey."

"Cool. My name's Lynx. Nice to meet you," he said as he extended his hand out. They shook hands and he opened the gate.

Casey slowly entered Willow Wood. There were wooden houses everywhere, a library, guard towers, a huge wall surrounding the city, and more. There was a very creepy black house in the back, a lot smaller than the rest. There were blacksmiths, and trading booths, and a town hall building. It had everything. And in the center of the town, was a large pillar with a dragons head on top surrounded by water.

A small, chubby woman with green eyes and curly pink hair approached Casey.

"Hey do I know you?" She asked.

"Oh. Uh, no I don't think so."

"Oh, well are you going to live her?"

"Well I'm not really planning on it, I'm just looking for my brother. He ran away to be a guard and I'm looking for him."

"Oh, well if he's a guard he's probably up there," she said as she pointed at the top of the huge wall protecting the village. A tall, skinny man was staring at her. He had black hair. They made eye contact for a few seconds before he quickly ran off. 'That was weird.." Casey thought to herself.

"So.. up there? How do I get to him?"

"Well you'll probably have to wait until tomorrow. Regular citizens aren't allowed on the tower unless instructed to do so.

"Oh. Well I don't have anywhere to stay, are you sure there isn't any exceptions?"

"I'm sure, but you can stay with me tonight!"

"Wow.. really? You'd do that? Thank you."

"Yes my husband and I would be happy to help you."

"You're married?"

"Oh yeah, remember the man who let you in?"

"Oh yeah.."

"That's my husband."
