Walking out into the car park with Zoe at my side, everyone was staring at me as if I had grown another arm. Guess news travels fast in school. Zoe also hadn’t stopped talking how ‘cool’ it was and laughing so hard about how shocked Max was that I was scared that the small girl might break in half!

We were walking in the direction of the guys and I wanted them to meet Zoe. As we neared them Zoe stopped in her tracks shaking her head I can’t go there Ally! Her voice came out desperate through the mind link. Looking at her in confusion Why not? I asked her back through the link. She looked at me as if wondering if she should say anything, It’s Isaac, he’s my… I’m his… you know, soul mate her voice said to me through the mind link, she whispered the last as if she was afraid to admit it. It took a second for it to sink in and when it did I squealed like a teenager, pulling her small frame into a massive bear hug. Letting her go I started jumping up and down with a genuine smile on my face.

How comes he doesn’t now? Yesterday he was talking about how he couldn’t wait to find his soul mate I asked her through the link, I never let him see me, hear me and get any were near him to feel or touch me. Ally who would want someone like me as a soul mate? She told me though the link; shaking my head, How can you even think that! You are beautiful and so sweet he will probably fall in love with you in an instant! I tried my best to reassure her, pleading her through the mind link.

I’m not sure Ally I have always loved him from afar and I know him, he uses girls like toys she exclaimed, smiling at her when she said love I knew in that second that the two of them would be the most cute couple ever! Don’t you see how all of the boys change for their soul mates! Isaac is ready to do that for you! Come on Zoe! I swear to God that I will beat him up in to an plumb if he as so much looks at you wrongly! I tried to persuade her with the bribe of beating up Isaac; she stared laughing at that, I started squealing when I noticed something.

“Oh my God! Zoe your like my sister in law – kind of” I said out loud earning a slap on the arm from her.

“Shhh, he’s going to hear you!” she whisper yelled at me. Rolling my eyes at her Seriously Zoe stop being a chicken! I’m here she looked into my eyes as I sent that through the link, reassuring her with my green eyes she gave me a short nod.

“Ok but I’m counting on you Ally” the small girl hugged me as if it was the last thing she would be doing before she died. Zoe was a sister to me now, I had the feeling to protect her and look out for her, she was becoming a good friend not forgetting soon to be sister in law I thought with a small smile.

Letting her go we walked over to the group as we neared all heads turned our way, I could see Isaac’s eyes going wide and heard him whisper the one word “Mate” with so much emotion that I was a bit taken back. He ran over to Zoe picking her up and pulling her into his chest, he was muttering something I didn’t catch while Zoe nodded and started crying into his shoulder.

Thank you was all I got from them both through the link, as Isaac looked at me with gratitude in his eyes and Zoe gave me a small smile they walked over to Isaac’s car got in and drove away. I want details later I sent Zoe through the mind link.

Standing there smiling like a maniac I felt so happy for them both, looking over to the group I locked eyes with Ryder. My smiled flattered a second when all those emotions that I lock away come at me in full force, who was this boy?

“I see you took my job of match maker” London said startling me out my trance, coming up next to me with a smile on her face, a knowing look in her eyes.
