Dark's p.o.v
I just asked him if he was looking for me and he just stood there speechless, guess I was right. I gave a slight chuckle as he snaps out of it.
"Wh-Whats so funny?" He said. I look down at him, since he was shorter than me by a centimeter, I smiled at him.
"Nothing is funny kid....just I've never seen a human so interested in finding a demon like me..." I told him giving him a slight chuckle.
He rubbed his arm and giggled a bit. "Yeah...I just wanted to say thanks for saving me yesterday...the nurse said you left and...when she said what your name was...my two twin sisters that came to pick me up freaked out over it...and showed me a book bout you...I really dont get it..." the kid said and that made me tense up, why did they show him the legend...
Jack's p.o.v
He looked pissed after I told him bout my sisters showing me the legend. Did he not want anyone reading that book? "Um...everything ok?" I asked him.
He looked back at me and half smiled at me. "Yeah...for now..." I have just realized how deep and raspy his voice is compared to my loud happy voice that is filled with sunshine and what not.
"Everything ok there kid?" He asked, I realized I was staring at him for a while as I snapped out of trance. I nod.
He seemed relieved now but looks to the left looking into the trees and glaring. "How long can you hold your breath for?" He asked me, I was confused. "For a veey long time, I'm a good swimmer in my family...why?"
He looks at me quickly before I heard howling, wolves? "Jump in the river...quickly before they find out a human has found this place...Now!" He tells me and I just did as he said cause in a few minutes there was a crowd of wolves surrounding Dark. Thankfully I could see what was going on.
Dark's p.o.v
The kid jumped in just in time too. The pack gets here and surrounds me as I stand there emotionless.
"Heh...guess the great Darkiplier is surrounded aye?"
I recognized that voice anywhere. I chuckled as my eyes glowed in the moonlight.
"Heh...you always seem to do this don't cha Ken?"
A Dark brown wolf walks forward as he turns to the man I know and come to be good friends with. Ken or his fellow pack calls him CinnamonToastKen.
"Its been ages man!" Ken smiles and looks at me as his wolf ears and tail flick sometimes. "It has Ken...it has..." I chuckled again.
He smiles but frowns "something bothering you Ken?" I asked him, my head tilting to the side in confusion.
He sighs. "We spotted three humans on the path and they looked like they wanted to hurt someone...."
I tense up a bit. "Were they high school kids?" Ken nods and that made me angry. "Damn kids... first they try to hurt a kid nearly killing him now they come back for revenge...."
"Wait hold up...you've met them before? And what do you mean by hurting a kid like them?" Ken said in confusion.
Crap I shouldn't of said that out loud...
"Bark bark!! Ken something is in the water!! And it's big!!!" One of the werewolves said looking at the kid. That's not going to be good. And I don't think the kid can last any longer in there... "it's probably just a big fish... or a dead body...just leave it there...I'll handle it when you guys are gone..." I told them not wanting to blow the kids cover though it was too late as the same werewolf pulled him out, the kid was wet and he was gasping for breath and trying to get away from the wolf.
"A human!?" Well crap this won't end well.
Jack's p.o.v
I was so scared as I was surrounded by wolves which I presumed were werewolves. They kept saying stuff how I was human and how I was here in this place. My wet green hair covering my eyes so I couldn't see anything.
"Dark why is there a human boy here? That's illegal here!! What if a vampire got to him! You know how in reliable they are!!" V-Vampire!? They exist!?
"Stop being like that Ken... my family have vampire blood in them and you don't see me go crazy!!!" Dark beared his fangs at this Ken person as he backs up.
"I don't mean your family...you guys are cool! It's other vampires that could get him!!" Ken said with a bit of fear in his voice as Dark growled at him, I swear for a split second Darks skin went grey but I was probably seeing things since it's a bit Dark (no pun intended) here even though we have the full moon above us.
"Just whatever...leave the kid alone...he's already having a rough time after those boys you mentioned before we're around...they almost cut his eye out..."
I touched under my eye where I have a scar now thanks to them and sighed.
Tonight is going to be a long night indeed...
