Sara's POV
When I turned off my phone I finished unpacking and went down stairs to talk to my mom about the party

Sara: Hi mom, can I ask you something
Mom: Ya sure Sara, what's up
Sara: Remember when we got here and went to the mall and I came late to the car
Mom: Ya what about it
Sara: Well I meant these 2 guys and a girl and one of the guys invited me t-
Mom: ON A DATEE
Sara: No mom chill, he invited me to the girl's ferwel party, so
Mom: Sweetie no you have to finish unpacking
Sara: Mom I knew you were gonna say that so I already finished unpacking and I also fixed my room and my bathroom. So can I please go.
Mom was thinking for about a minute until
*bling* * A New Text From Daniel*
Sara: Mom it's him, can I please go
Mom: Fine but later I want to know where you are gonna be and who these guys are
Sara: *excitedly* Ok mom thank you, love you
I kissed her on the check and went to my room to text Daniel.
Over text (D= Daniel, S= Sara)
D: Hi Sara did u ask ur mom
S: Ya and she accepted, but I need u to send me the location of the party so I can tell my mom.
D: Ya sure. First we r going to the mall for launch and a movie, then going back home to cut a cake.
S: Okayyy cool. But like I said we came new to LA so my mom doesn't know where the mall is can u send me the location
D: oh ok but if u want we can just pick u up from ur house
S: Ya ok but I need to ask my mom, one sec I'll go find her and ask.

I turned my phone off and went to downstairs to ask mom

Sara: MOM
Mom: Sara why are you shouting. It's still the morning
Sara: Oh lol sorry mom, it's just I talked to my friend and he said we are going to have lunch in the mall then a movie then we are going over to his to cut a cake and celebrate a little more.
Mom: Ok so where is this mall
Sara: I asked and he said if it's okay with you he'll pick me up and drop me back home
Mom: Sara stop talking, no way I don't know him nor his parents and I'm not going to let you go in a strangers car
Sara: *with puppy eyes and pouting lips* Please mom I swear I'll call you when I get in the car, when I arrive, when I finish lunch, when we finish the movie, and finally when we arrive to his house. Please mom
Mom: Sara no this is still a stranger I don't know.
Sara: * with the puppy eyes*: Please mom , when he gets here I'll let him come in and introduce himself to you and even give you all his info, Please mom, don't you want me to have friends here and hate living here less.
Mom: Sara
Sara: Mom pleaseeeeeee
Mom: Ok fine but
Sara: Anything
Mom: When he gets here I want his full name, his number, his parents' number, his car number, and his address.
Sara: Okayy
Mom: Wait and you have to be home before 9
Sara: Moooommmm please.
Mom: Augh fine you have till 11, but tomorrow morning we have to go and get your school materials cause you start school next week.
Sara: Oh right, ok sure. Can we also get new cloth.
Mom: Ya sure, but sweetie you still didn't tell me their names.
Sara: Oh right, so the one I'm texting is called Daniel, the girl whose ferwell party is for is called Christina, and then there's her boyfriend which is called Corbyn.
Mom: Oh so it's like a double date
Sara: No mom it's not like that, there is gonna be more people but I only know these.
Mom: Oh ok then, go text your friend and tell him that when he gets here he needs to give me all his info
Sara: Ok mom.
I ran up to my room to text Daniel and found

D: this is Daniel's friend and I want to inform u that he died waiting for ur text

D: I would tell you to take ur time but ur already doing that

D: I WAITED FOR HOURS AND ALL I GOT WAS K

S: But I asked my mom and she accepted but.
D: But what
S: She needs ur full name, ur number, ur parents' number, ur car number, and ur address.
D: Wow ok sure
S: Ya my mom is a little protective
D: a little but anyway, I don't blame her u guys just got here and she knows nothing about me.
D: but anyway get ready and send me ur location so I can pick you up at 3.
S: Oh ok , here's my location 📍.
S: I'm gonna go get ready bye.

When I closed my phone I looked at the time and it was 12:37 , I have 2 hours 23 minutes so let me waist some time and go shopping.
* skip shopping part*
When I got back home I put the cloth I got on my bed.
I got a cute Adidas crop top with some cute leggings. I got a skinny pink miny dress with pink converse. And I got a cute long jacket.
