I decided to tie Naruto up and leave him there to starve to death or something. But then I thought of something else.
" Naruto you would regret messing with me!"

Then Sakura went back to her home and asked her father for a favor, and he gladly accepted... But it would take around 8 days. Sakura then decide to let Naruto go until the plan was ready.
Naruto's POV
I don't know what Sakura is planning but I don't have the time to worry about that. I've got something else to do.
"Hey Granny-Tsunade can you talk right now?"
"Sure."
"So Naruto what do need to talk about, is it about Sasuke?" Tsunade asks as she sat down and started to do her paperwork again.
"Um...about the eyes."
"What about them?"
"Can I give mine to him...please?"
"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT NARUTO YOU HAVE A BRIGHT FUTURE IN FRONT OF YOU!!!" She screamed as slammed her hand on the table and cracked it.
"Granny I've made up my mind!"
"Would Sasuke even care at all!?"
"I don't know...I just want him to be happy."
"Naruto do you love him?" Tsunade said as I tensed up.
"Yes at least I think so."
"Enough to give your happiness to him?"
"Yes."
"Alright fine I respect your decision. The surgery will be in a week. Please prepare for it."
"Thank-you Granny." I said as I waved goodbye and exited the office.
In Sasuke's Hospital Room
"Hey Sasuke how are you feeling?"
"I'm fine."
"Do you need anything?" I asked as I walked over to Sasuke to give him some water.
*splash!!!*
"S-Sasuke..." I was soaked
"NARUTO I DON'T NEED YOUR HELP!!!"
"S-Sa-Sasuke..." That was the last thing I managed to say before I ran out the room with tears in my eyes. I kept running until I reached the swing where I spend most of my time.
Hey kit are you okay?
Kurama can I ask you something?
Sure kit.
Why did I fall in love with someone I can never get?
Kit I'm pretty sure he didn't mean it.
Hehe Kurama do you think Sasuke even knows I existed?
Hey kit want me to sleep with you tonight?
Yeah sure!
Nobody's POV
That night when Naruto returned to his apartment as he got ready for bed Kurama came out a portal and wrapped Naruto in his nine tails and fell asleep.
Naruto's POV
The Day Before The Surgery
"Hey Sasuke how are you feeling today?"
"Oh hi Naruto um and I'm sorry about the last time you came here."
"Oh that, it's ok I already actually forgot about it."
"Um...Naruto do you happen to know who's eyes am I getting.
"Oh...um." Come on Naruto think of something
"Oh yeah um the person left their anonymous."
"Oh um Naruto would you mind if you get some tomato soup from the cafeteria for me please.
"Yeah...um... Yeah I would love to...uh just wait one moment."
Sasuke's POV
Hehe Naruto sounds so cute when he's nervous.
"Hello Sasuke-Kun~" Oh no it's Sakura.
"Oh Naruto isn't here!"
"He went to get me food."
"Sasuke-kun you know that you could of asked me to get you your food~ Now I'm sad~"
"Naruto knows what flavor, temperature, and texture of my tomato soup." Just as I said that Naruto came rushing in the room.
