Peter: He'll do everything, Take Pictures, use your battery up, text people weird things, spam his own phone with texts and calls, he never goes through your texts because you would never go through his.
Drax: He'll open it , somehow getting your password and go through the messages with you and Peter, he doesn't trust Peter and you always catch drax going through your phone, leaving you mad at him for at most a day
Groot:
He will just make sure it stays in the place you left it, he doesn't touch it, hell most likely just wait for you to get back or continue doing what he was
Rocket:
He'll take a ton of pictures and text himself from your phone
