"How do you manage to connect with all these people?" I asked Sock.
Lil rolled her eyes. "It's called being amiable, Combs."
"Shush." The person who said that - a (real) blond by the name of JoJo - was Lil's girlfriend. This surprised me; I wasn't used to knowing so many people who were gay, let alone out-of-the-closet gay.
"You shush," Lil retorted.
"Uh, I don't like shushing, it ruins me," JoJo said.
"Do you guys argue over everything?" I asked.
"Yep," they both said at once.

I fell into my bed.
It was tiring to be around the three people at once; it overloaded my "Whoa, do not come near me," senses. But in a good way, if you know what I mean.
Yeah, Lil and JoJo argued a lot, but I could tell neither of them meant it. This was easy to see in the small smirk that was on JoJo's face constantly, and the little glimmer in Lil's eyes every time she made a sarcastic comment.
Most of the time, their not-quarrels were rather hilarious to watch, whether it be over what age was considered mid twenties (confusing as hell, that argument was) or how many years it would take to add up that little fraction of a day before the earth completes its orbit into a whole new year.
Maybe they were in a debating class together.
Either way, they both seemed different, in a good way. I felt like they could always have good time (or debate) in any situation. And, to be honest, I enjoyed being around that kind of person. As much as I like to hang out with just Sock, our conversations were more relaxed. We never really dove in to anything more than that. Just cute comments and puns.
Not that I'm complaining, of course.

Oh, look at this, another short chapter.
Sorry.
This song makes me question w2h a lot:
Also, I got my hair cut and dyed and ended up looking like a really edgy Sock.Sorry about that bullshit, now BAI!
