Chapter 4

"How did you get here?" I ask her. "I'm going in the hunger games." she says. I look at her in disbelief, "Ok let me explain to you my parents got divorced and I went with dad to 4 and Raed stayed at 12 with mom." "Why did Raed want to stay in twelve?" I ask her. "Because he didn't want to leave you." she says "Do you love him?" I blush. "Where is he?" I ask. "Taking a shower" she tells me. " Oh I guess I better leave" I say. "he'll be out in any moment she says. "No it's fine I talk to him at dinner" I say. when I'm walking out I see someone familiar, he looks like dad but he can't be I mean him being at the capitol. I walk over to him he grabs my shoulder and takes me to my room slamming the door shut behind him. "Who are you?" I ask. "Come on Rue you remember me!" he says. I examine his face. uncle haven, dad's brother "How did you get here?" I ask. "I live here Rue I'm the new gamemaker. You'll come out alive even if it cost my life." He says. "No,No I'm not coming out alive president snow wants me dead and so I'll be." I say "I want Raed or Amy to win." "You're wish is my command" he says. he hugs me then walks out of the room. I stand there for a few moments, so Raed sisters going into the games and uncle Havens the new gamemaker. I walk to my bed and rub my hand around the soft silk, before I even fall asleep I'm being called for dinner.when I arrive Raeds the only one in there. "I thought we should have a private table." He says. "You're sisters going in the games?" I ask. "How did you know?" he asks. "I went to see you but she was there and you were taking a shower , she told me you're parents got a divorce and she and your dad went to 4." I say. I decide to leave out him staying for me. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you before." he says. "It's ok" I say "Why the private table?" "Well i want to know how you've been In the past 4 years" he says. "Hunting with Finnick, and being interviewed by the capitol that's seriously all." I say and I'm telling the truth. "What about you?" I ask "Sitting in my room and thinking about all the fun times we had together." He says.

"For 4 years?" Raed blushes "yeah" I don't know what to say after that. After a couple minutes pass Raed asks "Is it ok if Amy is our allie?" Raed asks. "Of course" I say. after I'm done talking I dig right into the pork, then the salad and finally the ice cream. I've never had ice cream before. I look over at Raed he's loving it to. If Effie was here right now we'd be getting scowled for eating with our hands. When were finished Haymitch walks in. He's so drunk he trips over his own foot and his face falls in the big bowl of fruit punch, what makes It even worse he throws up in the bowl and then passes out. Me and Raed laugh so hard we fall off our chairs and start rolling on the floor. two Avoxs come and take Haymitch away. "Oh those poor Avoxs have to give Haymitch a bath" for some reason I laugh even harder. those poor Avoxs!! when we finally calm our selfs down its time for bed. I hug Raed good night walk to my room and throw some pjs on. when I lay on my bed I fall asleep instantly.
