You and Peter were huge enemies. He always beat you at everything. Always getting the #1 spot while you live in his shadow. There was a talent show coming up and you've played the guitar ever since you were little. Peter always wrote stories and 'hired actors' to act his small story out. Peter was a very smart kid. You auditioned and played an Ed Sheeran song on your guitar. You could also sing do you sang and played the guitar.
"And they say, she's in the class A team.
Stuck in het daydream.
Been this way since 18 but lately.

You sang but something was very off today. You look around and see your friends giving you a thumbs up, Flash with rolling eyes and Peter with Ned. Ned was, what it looked like, talking to him but Peter didn't notice him. He was.....

You finished the song and got clapped by a few people in the audience seats. Now it was Peters turn. He didn't write a story at all. He was singing? What?! You looked at Ned. Ned was always so Nice to you when Peter wasn't. "Ned. Why is Peter singing?" You ask him. "He wanted to do something different, I guess." He replies but you still are confused. The song began to play and he got really nervous. But he smirked at me, like he was gonna beat me. And honestly, I know he's gonna beat me. He started to sing 'To be human by Sia ft. Labrinth'. "To be human is to love, even when it gets to much. I'm not ready to give up"
You admire his voice. It was pure, like flawless. No cracks, NO nothing. When he was done, the judges said: "Good Job Peter! You're defenitly starring in our show!" Like it was a TV show. He walked over to Ned while giving you An evil smile. You walk over to him with An angry face. "Peter?! Are you kidding me?! You're litterly gonna do this? Take something away I'm actually good at?!" You say, not yell. "Listen sweetheart. I'm better than you at everything so I wouldn't say anything." He says to you. "You sound like Flash Peter. You were cool first, but now you're Just a bully." You say and turn around. You walk over to your friends. Flash walks over to Peter. "I like you Parker. You're not really a loser now, huh?" Flash begins while signing to Peter to sit with him. Ned gives Flash a dirty look. Peter stands up and ditches Ned. "What the hell Peter?!" Ned yells. Peter ignores him. I walk to Ned and begin to talk to him. "I'm sorry Ned. Peter is just one of those people and-" Ned cuts you off. "He wasn't like this before." He says with a sad face. "I know. I liked him before but then he, y'know, got like.... this." You try to calm Ned down and point at Peter. Peter wasn't like himself. The past year he's been acting weird. You had a small crush on Peter but he was so mean that you ignored it. Usually Peter was shy, akward and a huge nerd. That Peter you liked, not this Flash Peter. You look at Peter and then hesitate to walk over to him. But you did. "Peter..." You begin softly. "I don't know what happened to you but ditching your best friend like that, it isn't cool. You were cool when you were akward Peter. So please stop trying cause it's obvious you're better than Everyone okay?" You finish and walk away. "Stupid chicks. Am I right?" Flash says. Peter stands up and walks over to you. "Hey uhm Y/N. Can I talk to you." You nod your head and go to a corner with him. "What do you mean by 'Akward Peter?'" He asks you. "I mean, You weren't do mean but you were dorky and cute." You awnser to him. You can't look him in the eye. "But I thought you hated that Peter?" He questions. "No Parker. I loved my best friend Peter." You say. You, Ned and Peter were the best of Friends until Peter started to distance from you and he brought Ned with him. They started to whisper stuff you weren't allowed to know. "You l-loved m-me?" He started to stutter like the old Peter. "Yes Pete. But you distanced from me and you became more and more like Flash. Why?" You ask with your eyes starting to tear up but no tears fell down your cheeks. "Because I thought you hated geeky nerds and loved people like Flash. Y'know? You were always talking about him being the best guy in the world." Het explains. "I've loved you since the beach."
*Flashback*

You and Peter were at the beach. Not doing much. Just enjoying the sunset. Peter holds your hand. You blush a little. Peters phone is playing slow music.

"Dance with me?" Peter kinda asks/demands.

"Sure" you reply. Your hand on his shoulders and his hands on your waist. You pull yourself closer and now your head is burried in his chest. You hummed with the music.

*Present Day*

"I never forgot that dance, Pete." You say with a smile on your face. "But I like the real Peter. Not the cocky and douchey one." You roll your eyes and laugh. Your feelings starting to grow again. "I need to apolagize for everything. I hope we can be friends again." He asked nervous. "First, apolagize to Ned. Then I'll think about it." You say to him.

You, Ned and Peter are now the bestest of friends again and your feelings for Peter had grown alot. You still feel a little bit off with Peter. He got way more fit and his good at gym al of the sudden. "You should tell her dude!" You hear Ned yell. "Tell me what?" You ask Peter. You knew it was about you. Peter sighs and asks you to wait in your room this evening.

You wait for something to happen. But nothing happens. You decide to go to bed because your hope is gone. 'Was this a prank?' you thought to yourself. You hear a knock on your window. You see a fimiliar figure outside. "Spiderman?!" You yell as he puts his hand on your mouth to shut you. "Did Peter send you?" You ask him. Je shakes his head. He pulls off the maak and leans towards you. "P-peter? Y-you're..?" "Yes." He awnsers. "And Y/N, I've loved you forever and I still do." He finishes and leans in and pecks your lips. "Pete, I love you too. And plus, this is really cliché." You laugh. "I know." He says with a grin. You hear sirens from outside. "I gotta go. See ya tomorrow?" He asks. "Yes Pete." You awnser. "Goodnight."
