"Bye babe, have a good day," I said as Niall gave me a quick peck on the cheek and walked out the door. It was 9:30 and I still had to get ready for the day. So I quickly took a shower and applied barely any make up and put my hair in a bun. I mean, it's just Sam.
I look at the clock, 12:15, I'm doing good on time. So I sit down on the couch to wait for Sam, but just as my butt meets the cushion, someone knocks on my door. I quietly groan and get up to answer the door.
"Sorry I'm early," Sam says with a grin.
"You're ok, I just got done getting ready," I grab my bag. "So, where are we going?"
"This is my third time being to London and I have no idea where good places to eat are, so you get to pick," Sam replied as we walked to his car.
"Alright, let's go to The London Particular," I say. I remember driving past it one day and thinking it looked really cute, but I never got a chance to eat there.
"Alright, tell me where to drive," Sam said, starting the car. I gave him directions and that's all the talking we did until we got to the small café.
"Just two today?" the hostess asked, I nodded and she led us to a table outside. It was actually really nice out today so I wasn't to upset about being outside, normally I like being inside.
"A waiter will be with you shortly," she said and walked back inside, after handing us our menus.
"What are you in the mood for?" Sam asked me, looking over his menu.
"Hmm, the spiced sweet potato wedges look good," I replied.
"Yeah, you wanna get a order of those and the dip plate?" Sam suggested.
"Sure," I agreed. Shortly the waiter came, took our order and brought back our drinks. Sam got soda, he's not much of a drinker, and I got the wine of the week at The London Particular.
"So, how's London?" Sam asked.
"It's been good, I just moved in with Niall, to a place of our own, a few months ago. But I was living with the rest of the guys in their mansion, but I don't really like living with them, or in a mansion," I replied.
"What kind of girl doesn't like living in a mansion with 5 attractive guys, no homo but damn," Sam said, laughing a little, I couldn't help but laugh with him.
"Yeah, I'm not the kind of girl that likes to be spoiled. I like buying things for myself and others," I explained. "How's Holmes Chapel?"
"Boring! Everyone went off to college or to a different city, so no one is there to hang out with, except Gemma, but she works a lot now," Sam went on. "Your mum wants to know if you're coming to visit soon."
I haven't visited since my birthday last year, I keep in contact with her but not lately.
"Yeah, I need to figure out a time that will work since Niall's in the studio more and I have work. How is she?"
"She's ok, I go over there every once and a while to chat she always talks about how much she misses you and Harry and that she's gonna miss Gemma when she moves out. I think she's gonna move to London actually for a job."
"Oh really? She never told me that," I said, shocked.
"Yeah, she's been looking for a job for a while and I think she's gonna rent a flat out here pretty soon," Sam explained further.
"Well I bet Harry will be excited to hear that," I replied.
"How is Harry?" Sam asked, changing subjects.
