Hyungsik POV

"Aish! These fangirls drive me crazy! Seriously, there are times where I just wish that I could go into school without a disguise and not get trampled on by those crazy girls, seriously!!" I grumbled, as I shifted my mask higher above my face.

My brother, Dongjun just snorted.

"Aigoo... You unappreciative idiot... Gosh I wonder what you did in your previous life to be able to be showered in so much love but still be so ungrateful! I on the other hand love it when those girls fangirl over us. Makes me feel special." he said with a smirk. We were both high school kingkas and almost every mush-brained girl in the school had a crush on either of us. It was genuinely tiring and I wished I could live life like a normal high school student.

"Why do you keep pushing all those girls away though?" Dongjun asked me, breaking my train of thought.

"I personally have no interest in them. They all practically look the same, left, right and center!! They say girls are goddess so if that's true, I guess I was just not lucky enough to meet one." I retorted with a huff.

"Yeah, right, Hyungsik. Quit making excuses I've seen a bunch of pretty girls around you but you're too starstruck with your own beauty to even acknowledge them." Dongjun replied, sticking his tongue out. I snorted and began chasing Dongjun everywhere. We ran around the school grounds, as if we had not a single care in the world...

"Bam!" I suddenly felt a sharp pain through my head. Just as a I looked up, I saw a girl in front of me. She was about to trip and fall. Once I realised that I had caused her to run into me, I immediately grabbed her waist to prevent her from falling. She looked slightly startled, and accidentally put her hands on my chest to steady herself. My eyes widened when I realised how close our faces were. I quickly pulled back before the situation could become any more awkward.

"Forgive me.... Are you alright?" I ask, concerned.

"Yeah I'm fine... Just a little dizzy ahaha..." She replied, her cheeks turning a light shade of pink.
"Sorry for bumping into you earlier... I wasn't paying attention ehe~" I laughed awkwardly, trying to make the situation less awkward but failing terribly. She shook her head and smiled brightly. "It's okay! Y'all we're just playing around. It's not a crime or anything," I smiled warmly. Somehow, being around her made me feel a tingly feeling in my chest. She was the only girl who seems different... She definitely isn't like those other crazy fangirls of mine.

At that moment, a thought stuck me like a thunderbolt. What if she was another of my fangirls? I began sweating and mentally facepalmed myself for being so delightfully stupid as to trust her so openly like that. I cleared my throat.
"Do you know who I am though? Everyone does." I asked haughtily, not wanting to expose my true intention. She cocked her head to the side. If symbols could represent feelings, there would be an enormous question mark over her head right now.
"Are you.... Supposedly famous? I don't think I know you..." My eyes widened in surprise. "Aish... Don't lie. You must be another one of those crazy fangirls, aren't you?" I laughed, refusing to believe that there was actually a girl who didn't know if my existence. However, she just looked at me as if I was nuts. "I think you've got it all wrong... I don't kno--"

"Aish! I told you to stop lying already right? Did one of them send you then? To spy on me?" I cut her off. Now she looked pissed. "Excuse me, but I don't know you and I don't think I must? Now if you would just let me pass--"
"How can I be sure that you're not lying? How can I be sure that--"

"I DON'T KNOW YOU!!!" she shouted, glaring at me.

My eyes widened in fear. No, not because she was scary, but because now, my cover was blown.

I looked to my side and saw Dongjun with the same look of horror written on his face. At least all the girls within a 20 meter radius were staring right at us. I could hear a few of them whispering.

"Isn't that Hyungsik oppa and Dongjun oppa? Who's that girl with them? Why did she say she doesn't know them?"

"Does that even make sense? Who doesn't know the two hottest guys in the entire school?"

"Pfffftttt whatever. But... HYUNGSIK!!"

At that moment, a stampede of crazy fangirls began racing towards the three of us. I grabbed the girl's wrist and began running as if my life depended on it.

"Run!!!" I shouted at Dongjun, and we bolted towards the school gate. We ran everywhere, desperately dodging obstacles as we ran.

"Follow me! I know a place to hide!" Dongjun shouted. I followed him as he ran. I could feel the girl panting heavily behind me. I knew she wouldn't last longer, so I waited until the stampede was out of sight before stopping for a while. Bending down, I shouted at her: "Climb onto my back!" She immediately grabbed hold of my neck and slowly, I pushed the two of us upwards and continued running. Thankfully, her weight didn't slow me down at all. She was really light as compared to what I had expected.

We followed Dongjun as he made his way towards a small corner. We ran in and saw two empty metal cupboards in a dark, unnoticeable corner. I ran into one and Dongjun ran into the other. We locked the metal doors from the inside. Once I was sure we were safe, I slowly let the girl off my back. I could tell she was seriously shocked by the incident.

"Heol (What the heck).... I've never even seen EXO get chased like that are you two famous or something?" she asked in a soft voice. I shook my head.
"We're the kingkas of this school, and maybe cuz I've been hiding from everyone for the past two months as we became more popular ever since we signed a contract as trainee idols at Star Empire entertainment, so I'm guessing that maybe everyone just missed my godlike appearance." I replied with a proud smirk. She scoffed. "We just got chased by two thousand high school girls and THAT is ALL you can say? You guys are insane. Y'all aren't my ideal type anyways, you immature boys." My jaw dropped when I heard this.
"Heol... (What the heck) I just saved you from two thousand hormone-high teenage girls and all you're doing here is insulting me. What's your name anyways? You still haven't told me" I asked.
"It's Min Hae Ri. You?"

"I'm Park Hyung Sik and that lil guy there with big adorable puppy eyes is Kim Dong Jun. Aaaaand you still aren't gonna thank me?" I asked.

Hae Ri rolled her eyes. "Fineeee... Thanks for helping me back there," just as she said that, I leaned in closer to look at her, staring straight into her eyes.

"But Hae Ri... I don't think that is enough to thank me... Right?"
