Chapter 23

Laura POV

I woke up in a room, blinded by white light.

"Laura?" someone asked. It was Vanessa's voice that asked.

"Nessa? What happened?" I asked back.

"I don't know. We all left the room and the next thing we heard was a 'thud'. Did Ross say anything to make you faint or something?" she questioned.

I started getting teary eyed, remembering what Ross had said to me.

"He told me," I said starting to cry," He told me, he doesn't get the spark anymore, after, after I kissed him." And that was when the water work show began, I couldn't help but cry my eyes out.

"What?" she replied, "Oh HELL no! I'll be right back Laura!" With that she left and when she returned she had a steaming mad Riker and Rocky and a scared Ross.

"Did you tell her you don't like her anymore?!" Riker screamed at Ross.

Ross shrugged.

"Well did ya?!" Rocky screamed at Ross.

"Yeah," Ross said, lazily.

"Jackass!" I screamed at him, getting out of the hospital bed, walking over to him, "I'm carrying your child, that I kept after you cheated on me with MAIA FREAKING MITCHELL AND YOU CAN'T EVEN KNOW IF YOU LOVE ME ANYMORE! WELL YOU KNOW WHAT ROSS SHOR LYNCH! I AM DONE WITH YOU!!!!" I screamed at him. I kicked him in the shin twice then punched him in the jaw so had my hand was hurting like I ran it into a wall.

I looked at him, then the other boys. They were staring at me with disbelief and happiness spread across their faces. I looked back at Ross and could she the hurt in his eyes. But I didn't care.

"Ross Shor Lynch," I said calmly, "I want a divorce and you are gonna get the papers and you WILL sign them AND you will NOT argue against me! Understood?"

"Laura, I, Please," he said but I cut him off.

"DO YOU UNDERSTAND!!!!" I yelled at him.

"Yes Mrs. Lynch," he said as I glared at him, "Ms. Marano!" I lifted my head high and walked back to the bed.

"Riker, Rocky," I said, "Thank you, but you can dispose of him now." I said laying down.

They walked out with him and Vanessa went with them.

When they left I broke down crying. I lost the love of my life and I made it worse by saying what I did. Now I will NEVER get him back. But I guess it will be for the best.

Rydel walked in and she looked at me.

"Is it all true?" she asked, "Him not liking you, you screaming at him, the divorce?"

"Rydel, you know I didn't want to, but I had to if he just wants to go run off with some other girl," I said looking away.

"I understand," she said, "I hope we still can be sisters!"

"Either way," I said. We are sisters either way. Me being with Ross or Vanessa with Riker, but always in the end we will be sisters.

Ross POV

I broke Laura's heart then she broke mine.

"Why did I ever say that I didn't feel the spark anymore!" I accidentally screamed aloud.

"Cause your an idiot," Vanessa said.

"I know," I said, "Now I can never get her back!"

"That is because you don't think with your head ding dong! When it comes to love, you think with your heart," Riker said wrapping his arm around Vanessa.

"Can you help me win her back?" I asked unexpectedly.

"Will you sign a contract stating that you will not break her heart and not be so careless and not think about her feelings?" Vanessa asked.

"Deal," I said as Rydel walked out with Laura.

"Let's go!" Rydel screamed at me.

"Sheesh!" I said, "Take a chill pill Rydel."

Then Rydel lunged forward aiming for my throat but Ratliff stopped her.

"Rydel," he said to her, "Not the time, nor place." he said making sure she didn't kill me in this hospital.

This is gonna be a long car ride home.
