Thursday afternoon, 4:45 PM.
Today Gunna and I have planned on staying in the house all day with Tim. Even though Tim and I still aren't fond of each other, we've learned how to tolerate each other. We've been smoking all day and surprisingly, today is the first day I haven't popped a Percocet. I'm proud of myself. We were chillin', watching movies, just enjoying each other's company. While Gunna and I have been working with each other, Tim has been taking over the business for him. Making sure their products are being distributed properly, making alliances to strengthen their business, meeting with territorial leaders. He really took the big boy spot. Gunna didn't necessarily have a problem with it, he made sure he taught Tim everything that he knows. So if something was to ever happen to Gunna, he made sure Tim would know what to do so he could take his place. Hopefully, nothing does ever happen to Gunna, especially tomorrow. With the way things are set up, and how bad Gunna wants Carlos and how Carlos wants Gunna, things can go either way.
"So what are we doing today, I'm not tryin' sit in the house all day!" Tim asked while ashing the jay.
"Brooklyn, what you trying to do? You trying hit a move before tomorrow? Or do you wanna go over a few things?" Gunna asked.
"Well, I would like to see my mama. She knows about yall so if yall really want to we can go over there for dinner. She cooks bomb food my nigga like it's so good!" I suggested. Tim and Gunna both frowned at me. "What? Why that face?" I asked.
"You told your moms bout us? For what?" Tim asked.
"Well, I tell my mama everything."
"So you tell her bout your drug dealing friends too, huh?"
"I mean she knows what I do for a living so what would be the difference from that?"
"That's real." Gunna said voicing in. "You tryin' go, Tim?"
"It doesn't really matter. I hope ma dukes don't mind us coming in high like this though." Tim said.
"She'll be good, she ain't going trip." I responded. Tim nodded and said he was cool with it. Gunna went in the back and started getting ready. He said he doesn't want to come around my mother looking like anything, that's a bad first impression. Tim said he really doesn't give a fuck, some type of respect he has for my mother. Despite what Gunna said, I have a strong feeling my mom has already met him before, so it won't be their first time meeting. When I first told my moms about Gunna she was acting strange and now I know why. I wanna see how she'll act now when she gets to see him.
After a good 15 minutes, Gunna was finished getting ready. He dressed up real nice but like a classic hood nigga. Burberry shirt with some G-Star jeans. Real hood and cute I liked it. Once he was ready, Gunna, Tim and I got in my car to drive over to my mamas. I didn't wanna drive, so I decided to let Tim drive which was the worst mistake of my life! This man is so damn reckless to the point his license needs to be confiscated. I mean, the man doesn't stop at stop signs, thinks the red and yellow light are the same as the green, doesn't believe in speed limits like it's really crazy. I'm surprised we even made it to my mama house alive.
Once we made it safe and sound to my mama's house Gunna and I were relieved. All of us got out of the car at the same time and walked towards my mama's door. I didn't tell her I was bringing company, and that was the whole purpose.
"Hide behind me!" I whispered to Tim and Gunna.
"How the fuck both of us going hide behind your small ass? Well, ya ass is kinda fat." Gunna smacked the back of Tim's head once he said that.
"Watch your fucking mouth nigga!" Gunna yelled at Tim. "You can go ahead and open the door Brook we're right behind you."
I giggled at the fact Gunna put him in his place like that, he really be having motherfuckers shook. I took my keys from out of Tim's hands since he was driving and put the right one in the door. I opened the door and saw my mama cooking in the kitchen. Gunna and Tim were still both trying to hide behind me, so when she looked over she only saw my face.
