Our New Neighbour

Eye colour emotions:
Red = Anger / Fire
Orange = Hungry / Make food appear
Yellow = Confused / See in people's minds and hear what they are thinking of
Green = Calm / Grow Nature
Light Blue = Happy / Control People
Blue = Upset / Ice
Cyan = Shocked / Sparks
Purple = Really Happy / Anything
Pink = Love / Potions
Black = Really Angry / Summon creatures
White = Afraid / Magic Shields

Skye's POV

I was really happy about meeting up with the girls and that made my eyes turn purple which was great because purple eyes are awesome! Although when everyone left I was still happy Kacey got a bit crazy so Aphmau, Lucinda and I laughed it out for a bit but hen she got to crazy. Sadly I had to make her pass out because I didn't want her getting hurt. After that I brought her back home and layed her in her bed covered in black dovets and a pinkie cake cushion. This girl sometimes. *Eye roll inserted here*

Kaceys POV

I wake up on my comfy bed with a really bad headache. I sit up and rub my head.

"SKYEEEEEEEE!" I whine from my bed.

"Yes?" She says sleepily as she walks into the room.

"One, what happened last night? Two, can you get me some paracetamol please?" I ask laying back down.

"One, you went crazy, maybe a little bit too much when you pretended that getting werewolf ears was SO awesome and passed out, Two yes, I'll get some now." She says kindly and slowly so I can keep up with the words.

She shuffles out of the room to the cupboard in the corridor and comes back with a glass of water and a box of it.

"Thanks sis." I say as I take a swig of water and the tablet in one go. I lay back down again and drift off into a painful sleep.

Gene's POV
(You never suspected this did you!?)

Moving into the neighborhood is probably going to be one of my greatest ideas yet, not only it lets me be closer to Kacey but I can keep others away from her. All the people in the neighborhood now know her though so this is going to be tricky.

I pack my last things into the moving van and close it with a slam, locking it so no one can get into it. I get into the driver's seat and pull away driving on the road while putting on my seat belt.

"Here I come new house!" I cheer fist pumping the air!

Little does everyone know is that I'm moving right next to Kacey! So being closer to her will be an advantage!

~Timeskip~

It's only been a day and now I'm all unpacked and everything in my new house is perfect. It also has a guest bedroom which is the basement. I don't need any storage space so I have two guest bedrooms so that's cool. I also have a loft but I only put boxes and old childhood stuff in there so I'm glad my house is big enough now.

I grab my keys and shove them in my pocket walking to the house next door. Aka, Kacey's house. I ring the doorbell and she answers. I shut my eyes to pretend I don't see her.

"Hey!" I say with my eyes still closed, "I'm your new neighbour!" I open my eyes and fake gasp.

"Omg Kacey! You're my new neighbour! How cool!"

She immediately slams the door. I'm guessing she didn't buy it...

Kacey's POV

I can't believe he has to be my next to neighbour.

"Skye!" I shout hoping she's awake. "You better be awake! We going on a picnic today with the group, remember?"

"I'm up, I'm up, I'm up!" I hear her shout back with a thud on the floor.

"Did you just fall out of your bed?" I say shouting back.

"No~" she replies trying to hide the fact that she was asleep.

"Just get ready, ok? I have pancakes for you!" And with that I hear her getting changed as fast as she can. I quickly prepare the pancakes and drizzle some syrup on top with a few strawberries.

I hear her rushes down the stairs with a few bangs.

"I love your pancakes they are the best!" She cheers with joy, "Gimmi!"

I pass her the pancakes and she takes in the smell, eating them piece by piece.

"They're sooo goooooodfdffddff" she says like a drunk man, munching on them while she speaks.

"I'm glad you like them!" I reply preparing myself some.

I take a few bites and we hear another knock on the door. I look at Skye and she has already finished her pancakes.

"I'll go open the door, you finish your pancakes." She smiles and skips over to the door opening it.

"Hey Skye!" I hear a familiar voice mumble.

She immediately slams the door.

"Was it Gene?" I ask

"Yeah..." She replies.

"He knocked on the door earlier today, he is our new nextdoor neighbour." I explain, "This is going to be fun." I continue sarcastically.

"Come on, finish your pancakes, I'll go make a picnic and when you are done you can grab the games." Skye says to me as I finish eating my pancakes.

I put my plate in the dishwasher and rush upstairs and grab the outside games out of my walk in cupboard. I always keep them in a bag so I can go in grab the back and rush out. I leave them by the door, ready to go.

"You ready?" I ask Skye.

"I'm ready, sis!" She replies rushing out, "We may need to buy some more snacks on the way though. I really want some biscuits!"

"Oo I really want sushi!" I say as we open the boot of the car and putting in the picnic food and outside games.

"Come on then, we better get going!" Skye says getting in the passenger seat.
