Leigh's POV

The day's been going by extremely slow and I can't wait for the game today. Jay's going to look so handsome running up and down the field. I really should get him something. Yeah that's what I going to do. It's weird that I haven't seen him or Perrie all day.. Something's wrong, I'm bout go see where Perrie's at now. She should be at her locker now. I start walking down the hallway till I get to the corner of where her lockers at. I gasp and freeze once I turn the corner and see Jay and Perrie making out.

"Are you serious?" I say making them break apart from each other.

"Oh hey Le-," I turn and smack Jay across the face making everyone stop and the room go quiet.

"Don't even try it we're through," I say to Jay.

I turn to Perrie and say, "we're supposed to be better than this, but it's alright. You can count me out of the talent show and your life."

I quickly leave before anyone can see me cry. I go back to my dorm to my surprise to see Elise there.

"Hey Leigh-, are you ok?" Elise ask as she sees my face that is full of anger.

"Pack your things we're going to see my dad," I say as pull out our suitcases.

"How long are we staying?" Elise ask as she starts putting her clothes in her suitcase.

"For as long as we need to," I say as continue packing.

-------------Two Hours Later----------

We just put our suitcase in my army green Jeep and buckled Elise in her booster seat.

I put the keys and turn it as the engine roars to life. I pull out the parking lot and start driving down the road just a little over the speed limit. I just need to get away and clear my thoughts. I don't know how long I'm going to stay but I just can't right now.

Pezza Babe😋😋👩🏼🌸💙💙....calling.

I look over to see Perrie calling me but I ignore it.

"Lee Lee that's, Perrie. Do you want me to answer it?" Elise asks as she reaches for it. But before she could grab it I take it and throw it out the window.

"Hey, what you do that for??" Elise say as I keep driving.

"Not now Elise," I say as I keep my eyes on the road.

"But-"" I said not now," I say more stern to Elise as my eyes flicker to her through the mirror.

After a while of driving I pull up to dad's drive way and get out the car.

"Hey babygirl, and what do I owe to this surprise?" Dad says from behind me.

"Elise go ito your playroom. I got the bags," I tell Elise as I go to the trunk.

"Something's wrong. She threw her phone out the window when Perrie started calling her," I Elise say to Dad as she walks past.

"Babygirl are you ok?" Dad asks me as I keep getting the bags and bring them inside completely ignoring us.

"Leigh-Anne," Dad says as he stops me. I stop moving before I just breakdown.

"How could they do this to me?" I ask in between sobs as my dad holds me.

"How could do what to you baby?" Dad asks as I continue crying. After a while I finally tell him everything that happened.

"Aww baby it's ok, I know it hurts. But you're quitting the Talent show? Leigh when have you ever give up when things got tough?" Dad asks me after I told him I quitting the talent show.

"But Daddy that was my best friend," I say with tears in my eyes.

"Remember when you first started gymnastics and you were different than the others in many ways and they constantly made of it?" Dad asks me while looking me in the eyes.

"Yeah but what does that have to do with anything?" I ask while furrowing my eyebrows.

"What did you do about it?" Dad asks me.

"I went told you about it and you cursed out every single one of the girls and their parents," I say while remembering the memory and making Dad laugh.

"Yes I did, but what else did you?" Dad asks after he finished laughing.

"I kept improving on my skill and technique and became a great gymnast," I say while fading at the end after realizing his point.

"Exactly, not anywhere in there did you give up. So are you just going to throw away all that just over a heartbreak?" He asks as I look down.

"Look baby I know this may be hard for you, but you can't give up now. This is one of your dreams for everyone to know you and see your name on marquees," Dad asks while look back up at him.

"You're right Dad I shouldn't and I can't give up. But I'm going to be staying here till I finally ready to go back," I say I get up go wipe my face.
