STAR and SHINE book 1

Pilot part 2

So basically this week has been boring excluding the fact that we have been working in Miss Carlotta's Salon Miss Bruce keeps on throwing shade to me and Star we have not had a single gig  and Simone is smoking more then me I'm worried cause even though she's not that younger then us  she is till younger then me and it effected her to see our mother die 

"you present symptoms of brain damage I'm convinced that you bumped you our head" me and star were on the bed singing the song and simone was on the floor getting the moves wrong... again 

"Simone you always get it wrong come on we have to rehearse" I said as i went to the side tabel and drank some strawberry beer.... what it calms me down 

"how are we rehearsing if we don't even have a gig" I sighed we already explained this 

"We are rehearsing for when we get a gig " Star said she was frustrated i could tell more with simone then me I was well i could handle my self sometimes even though i cant get by with out a little help from my throat burning friend mr alcohol 

"I miss mama" Simone said me and star looked at each other we mssed our mother too but we blamed her for doing this to us while she was getting high me and Star were raising Simone i tell you if i saw her in the street i don't k ow if i would hug or beat her ass 

"Well you got us" Star said Alex came in 

"Why do I have to be the one to get her fried apple pies" Alex said 

"Real question and the question I keep asking why are we rehearsing when we ain got no gigs" Me and star sighed we just finished explaining

"So that when we do have a gig were ready" Alex said i nodded and sat next to her and rubbed her head 

"they said that we would turn out like mama and as long as I'm here imma make sure that don't happen to any of us " thats a promise imma take to the grave 

"I miss her"she said alex looked at us i bet she knows how it feels

" well Like star said you got us"i got up" come on lets start rehearsing " me and star got infront 

"Get on the side" Star told Simone

"What are you doing ?" she asked us looking like we grew two heads 

"Were standing in the middle we sing lead" I said 

"There is no lead i wrote the song to showcase all our voices" LMFAO yeah ok

"where do you want me her and like Shine one inch over there"me and star were dying of laughter on the inside 

"Are we rehearsing or nah" the meme was the funniest shit ever we all had to laugh we rehearsed i got ready for work hey at least i get paid even though its 140.00 i wore my lazy outfit

"miss Bruce I'm loving the splash of color whats the inspiration"I don't know her name but i know i don't like her Miss bruce is well a bitch 

"girl Rihanna"she said   miss carlotta came down she was tough but a good person she saw star was having trouble with the sink

"You having a problem star" star said 

"Star dont feel like working" Simone said god I smoke weed but she is over doing it 

"Star will get over it" Carlotta said just then the water from stars sing went off and burned her 

"Star are you ok" I went over to her

"I burned my hand" I got a towel for her 

"Whats wrong with you, Carlotta you got a white girl messing up my hair" she left with Cotten behind her telling her she still has to pay 

"Carlotta are you sure you want these two white girls running around here" I had enough

"What you say bitch? You think cause me and Star are white we dont know the struggle the work it takes out there to survive. Bitch my mother was Mary that all you need to know to know my life was hard" Carlotta held me back and Star held me 

"Your a rassit Bitch" Star said as we walked out she was helping her hand out back Alex came out

"guys what are we doing here  we have been here for a week eating fried apple pies and have not have had a single gig" she was so impatient

"Will you relax its not like were gonna find Beyonce or Jay Z or I dont even know in the next bar we go to" I said

"Look we gotta do something quick or im out of here" SHE SAID

"Oh yeah go ahead cause me and my sisters this is our last shot" Star said Alex sat down

"We got a gig ok so relax your panties" I siad she just shook her head I pushed her and she laughed
