You got to Sebastian's apartment door and knocked.
The door opened and it was Chris.
You smiled at him and gave him a hug and he said to come on in.
It had been 6 months since all the drama and you were all happily getting along now.
Sebastian had invited you over for dinner, but you couldn't see him anywhere.
"Chris...where's sebastian?" you asked.
"Oh, I thought he told you? He set up dinner on the roof," chris replied.
"On the roof...?" you asked questionably.
"Yeah. It's actually quite lovely up there. Come on," he replied, turning as you followed him back out of sebastian's apartment and to the elevators.
When you got to the elevator you got in and Chris clicked "roof."
The elevator ride up was silent and when the floor dinged, you stepped out.
The roof was quite lovely indeed. Lights strung up all along, illuminating the night sky. The air was brisk and a little chilly, but you didn't mind.
Then your eyes landed on Seb.
He was wearing a beautiful blue suit and he walked over to you and took your arm.
"My dear, come with me," he said and you giggled as Chris closed the elevator and went back down.
Sebastian led you to a circular table with a white cloth, beautifully set up with lovely china. Sebastian pulled out your seat and you sat down. He sat down as well and for a second, you sat there staring at each other in silence.
"This is all so beautiful, Seb..." you said in awe.
"Not as beautiful as you in that lovely black dress though," he said, his blue eyes twinkling.
You looked to your plate and could feel your cheeks heat a little at his compliment- would he always make you blush?
"But..where's the f--" right as you were about to say food, the elevator opened and out came Chris with platters of food and a bottle of wine.
He came to the table and set the wine down then gave you grilled chicken and salad and mashed potatoes and other wonderful foods.
"thank you," you said as he left the table and went back into the elevator.
"So Chris is like our own personal servant tonight?" you asked as you took a bite of your food.
"You could say that," sebastian said with a funny grin.
He picked up the wine bottle and poured you a glass, and then himself a glass.
"Cheers," he said, and you clinked your glass with him.
You took a sip of the wine and then set it down, continuing to eat your food.
"So what's new with you?" you asked Seb.
He was wearing a mischievous expression but you ignored it.
"Eh nothing really..." he replied, "What about you?"
"Nothing's really new for me either...my life is kind of boring," you said, and just as you said that Sebastian choked on his drink and began coughing.
"Are you okay, Sebastian?" you asked.
"Fine," he croaked.
You both finished your meals and Chris swept away the plates and foods. The dessert was cheesecake and it was delicious.
Suddenly, Sebastian stood up and just walked to the edge of the roof, leaning against the wall *so that he could put his elbows on it and stand upright*
You got up and followed him, brushing the crumbs off your dress as you walked towards him. You stood right next to him and he wrapped an arm around you, pulling you close for a second before dropping it back down. You looked up at the sky and you could only see a few stars since it was the city.
"First one to find a shooting star wins," you challenged Sebastian as your eyes searched.
"Oh!!! THERE!!" you said, pointing to one that was gone a split second later.
You looked over at sebastian.
lHaha i beat you," you said triumphantly.
"Aren't you going to make a wish, though?" he asked.
"Oh right..." you said, looking back out and closing your eyes tight.
You were trying to think of a wish when you were interrupted, "(y/n)."
You opened your eyes and turned to see Sebastian on one knee and your heart almost stopped.
"We have been friends ever since i can remember and you've always been there for me...and then these past 6 months of finally actually being your boyfriend have been even better than i could've possibly imagined. I want to spend the rest of my life with you, (y/n). i love you..." he flipped open the ring box, "Will you...marry me?"
