Worry

So, I'm worried about her.

She stares, eyes blank.

I hope beyond hope

that she'll show up at school every day.

Because if she doesn't, I know where else she'd be.

She tells me of her problems.

She's still hiding in them.

Talks of her stress, her depression.

I try to listen; help

But,

I just can't.

I don't know what to do.

So, you see,

I'm worried about her.

I'm afraid that one day,

I'll look for her and only find

A lifeless body.

I believe she can make it.

Please push through this.

She can't leave me here alone.

Please don't ever let her be gone.
