Reality
Blair Reid rubbed his tired eyes as he poured the remaining contents of the coffee pot into a mug.
"Good morning!" his dad exclaimed as he walked into the room and grabbed a bagel from the kitchen island.
"Morning," Blair lazily responded and sipped the bitter coffee that he soon realized had no sugar or milk in it. "Ugh!"
"A little bitter?" His dad laughed and grabbed his briefcase from a chair in the living room. "I have to go but I'll see you later," he said before kissing his son on the top of his head.
"Bye daddio," Blair said as he poured milk into his coffee.
After scrolling on his phone for a few minutes, he decided it was time to get ready for school before he heard a knock on his door. When he answered it, Mason and Corey were standing before him with huge grins on their face.
"May I help you?" Blair asked, confused.
"Corey just came to my house with some news we think you might wanna hear," Mason said through his grin.
Blair raised an eyebrow, waiting for his friends to continue.
"You know Sydney?" Corey asked.
"The one with the fleeky eyebrows?"
"That's the one!" he said excitedly. "She's good friends with Nolan and I found out that he's single but he wants a relationship. That means you have a real chance!"
Blair laughed at how excited Corey was before crossing his arms over his chest and asking the obvious question. "How do you know he's gay?"
Suddenly, the smiles fell off both of the boys' faces. "Well, I guess we didn't think about that," Mason said as he put his hand on the back of his neck.
"He's at least bi!" Corey said matter-of-factly.
"And how do you know that, Corey?" Blair asked and put his hand on his hip.
"Well... uh... I-I mean," he stuttered. "Because he has to be! I ship you guys too hard just to find out he's a straight boy. I mean, he listens to Halsey!"
"So does Scott and he's dating Malia. And also dated Kira. And used to date that Allison girl. And apparently made out with Lydia that one time." Mason and Corey both rolled their eyes at Blair's statement. "So, I have to go get ready for school. Thanks for the waste of time, I'll see you guys soon."
After shutting the door in his friends faces, Blair could hear Corey. "I just want him to get a goddamn boyfriend!"
"Why do you care so much?" Mason wondered.
"Because!" Corey exclaimed. "He seems so lonely. It's just him and his dad most of the time while we're off fighting supernatural creatures."
Ouch, Blair thought. That one kind of hurt.
After putting on his favourite pair of black jeans and a grey sweatshirt, Blair went to school.
Immediately he was greeted by Liam.
"Hey Blair bear," he said.
"Blair bear? Really? Haven't heard that one in a while." Liam literally refused to call Blair by his normal name, there always had to be a nickname.
"I missed it." Liam shrugged and they both began walking to their biology class. "So have you seen Nolan today."
"You do realize you greeted me the moment I walked into school, right?" Blair reminded the beta.
Liam quickly realized his stupid question. "Whatever. Are you really gonna go for him?"
"If you keep talking about this I swear to God I will tell your mom that you had sex with Hayden," Blair threatened.
"You wouldn't," Liam said, actually scared for his life.
Blair just shrugged his shoulders in response as they entered the science class.
Just as the two boys walked through the door, Blair nearly collided with another boy. Nolan.
"Hey," Nolan said with a smile on his face and red rising up to his cheeks. "Sorry." Quickly, he put his head down and walked past him.
"My heart just melted," a lovestruck Blair said before heading to his seat.
