As all this thoughts invaded her brain cells a song began to form on her lips, one she wanted the whole world to hear.
####
As Frona listened to the two guards go on and on about the future war between Athens and Spartan she felt sick in her gut, she didn't want to listen anymore, she thought the time wasn't write to sing her song but the day is coming she will let the world hear her sing for peace.
Frona knew Nicolaos wasn't just going to let her out of this dungeon, unless she could make him believe her but she had tried everything and didn't know what to try anymore.
While she was pondering she heard footsteps approach her direction, she stood up from the ground and went over to the cave gates, inside the dungeon Frona had been kept inside a cave with mental bars preventing any form of escape.
Frona looked through the mental bars, the guards were shocked because they didn't know when she woke up.
"What do you think you are doing" Guard One scolded angrily but Frona didn't reply him and just looked on with anticipation in her eyes, she hoped it was him coming.
"Just let her be, she won't be this excited for too long" the other guard said and smirked at Frona but she didn't even notice it,
Frona's heart beat accelerated as the footstep further approached her, she wanted it to be the general, she really wanted to see him, she missed him dearly, they haven't really interacted much but Frona felt their hearts were close, she could only explain this strange feelings by believing in what she never once believed in and that is that they were soulmates, she loved the man and in her heart there was no longer any doubt about it.
The guards seeing how they were both ignored totally didn't feel good about this but they held there peace.
It was then the figure came into view and Frona's heart that was about to reach the heavens suddenly began to fall drastically, it plummeted downwards at a frightening pace, she felt her eyes go hazy as she looked down on her feet with a blank mind.
"Where you expecting someone else?"He flashed Frona an evil smile then continued "Don't be too disappointed, You don't have to worry that I won't meet your expectations " He sounded lazy and sleepy, he was the infamous right lieutenant of General Nicolaos, Morpheus was his name and just like the meaning of his name he was always found sleeping,
He slept a lot and even after waking up he will like to sleep again as a result he gave off the feeling of being harmless but those who knows better will know he is the most vicious next to the General, He was General Nicolaos second in command.
Even after he spoke Frona didn't pay attention, to her the General torturing her was still better than this man, she couldn't understand how he could let this man come here, she was certain Morpheus didn't come to sit and chat.
"I brought you a present" Morpheus said and then Frona heard a heavy bang on the floor with a muffled voice that seemed to be in pain, it was then her face stopped facing her feet and lost its blank expression, she was pained when she saw the figure on the ground.
She was in her own world earlier so she didn't notice that Morpheus dragged something along with him when he came here.
Lias was on the floor covered in blood, Frona could guess what had happened, she had been tortured but she didn't give anything away and then he dragged her all the way here, she was this way because of how inhumanly she had been treated, visible wounds could be seen all over her body, her cloth have since turned into rags.
