3; "i don't know either"

september 13th, wednesday

a phone call here and there, but since the day y/n decided to go to sean's apartment her life turned upside down. she felt lost in her own world;

1:59pm

y/n cleared her mind and decided to confront sean, ask him what are we? she herself was confused and so as the world, her world.

she called sean the millionth time today, he didn't answer it always directs to his voice mail. she gave up on calling him, but she never gave up on him. she kept her promises to him, did he keep his?

"hey y/n come hang wit me and nat?"
julian nicely invites y/n

"is sean coming?"
y/n ask unbothered

"i tried sis, come on it will be fun!"
julian say trying to cheer the girl up

"yeah third wheeling is so fun!" y/n sarcastically say "i'll be ready, give me 5 minutes"

3:00pm

"girls, i'm so tired of carrying all your shopping bags you have your own arms can you at least carry two bags each?!" julian tiredly exclaims

y/n and nat shared glances and looks back at julian. "okay i'll help" y/n offers instead julian drops all the bags in front of y/n and places his arm around nat.

"um, yeah i was wondering if we could-" as julian was about to finish his sentence, y/n quickly interrupts him "its okay, have your couple time i'll sit here" y/n answers

"thanks sis" julian thank with a wink
"you'll be fine girl" nat smiled and off they run to who knows what.

y/n was left alone as usual with all their shopping bags in front of her. she looked around the mall and looked for somewhere to sit down and found a bench, two shops away. trying her best to carry all the bags, halfway through her walk a familiar boy bumps his shoulder on hers.

"i'm so sorry, here let me help you"
the boy offers, he picked up all the bags while y/n stayed on the floor holding her necklace tight. he offer a hand to y/n and once their eyes met everything turned upside down.

"oh look its my boyfriend" y/n sarcastically says, smiling at him "oh look its my girlfriend" sean sarcastically says, smiling at her

"what happened sean?" y/n ask holding her tears back "nothing, everything's fine" sean answers in confusion "what are we sean?" y/n asks again, sean stays silent.

"why my kaycee? why her?" y/n ask aggressively "all the girls you could hurt, why me?" y/n sits down on the bench crying it all out

"I don't know either" sean voice drifts off, while he slowly walked away
