Seth led me to the table while  everyone followed . He kicked the man from the chair before he helped the woman who was dancing on it down . He sat down than pulled me onto his lap after he set the glasses down . I felt seth's hand on my hip gripping tight making me feel funny things when my shirt lifted and his inde finger grazed my skin .

Seth poured drinks and set one in front of everyone . dad moved his away . "No thanks . "

"Is it against you religion?"

"No , I do drink . i'm just not drinkin' now "

"Fair enough . More for me . Scott , how bout you?"

"No " scott shook his head as he spoke .

"Kate , how 'bout you?"

"No , I can't . I'm not 21 yet . "Kat said to him .

"That means yes . " He set the drink in front of her before he now set one in my hand . "How bout you heaven ."I blushed no one ever refered me as that before .

"Sure ."

"Post time , Kate ." He shifted me so I had room to drink . "Here we go , you slam it down . you knock the glass down on the table alright . " He said to her teaching her how to drink it .

"One , two ,three !" I slammed the drink on the table after I swallowed .

Seth smiled to me with a  look I didn't think a criminal could have . It was almost like he cared about me . this made my heart swell . I mean he was cute and loyal but he probably wasn't the relationship type . Wait what was I thinking do I have stockholm syndrom or somthing .

"Scotty , are you ready?here we go , you ready for one ? " He set up another round .

"Okay."

"No , he won't . " Dad said taken  the drink from scotty .

"Yes he will, beacuse I'm not drinkin' by myself . " Seth set the drink in front of scotty .

"Seth , your not drinkin by yourself ." I grabbed his hand tryin' to calm him . He sighed and nodded .

"Kate  round two. you ready ?" He handed me my glass . "Here we go . "

"Yes , I'll have another one . thank you . " Kate said still properly .

"On three . One , Two , Three ."I downed mine as the others did .

Seth brought his glass down 4 times  .

"What are you so agitated about ?" Dad asked him .

"I'm still stewin' about that ape laying his hand on me ."

"What are you gonna do ?" Dad asked him .

"I'm gonna sit here and i'm gonna finish this bottle . and when I'm finished , I'm gonna take this bottle and I'm gonna bust it . . . over his melon fucking head !" seth stated.

"Before we stepped in here , you told all of us to be cool . So , that means you too."

"I never said do what I do I said do what I say . " He said his hand rubbing up and down on my leg making me clench my thighs . He felt this and smirked into my shoulder .

"Are you such a fucking loser . . . you can't tell when you've won?" Dad asked .

"What did you call me ?"

"Nothin , I didn't make a statement . i asked a question. Would you like me to ask it again?"

"MMM-HMM."

"Are you such a fucking loser you can't tell when you've won ?" seth didn't answer . "The entire state of Texas alon with the F.B. I are lookin' for you . Did they find you? No , they couldn't . You've won ,Seth .  Enjoy it . "

"Jacob , I want you to have a drink with me . I insist . " He handed the drink daddy before giving me another adn taking his own . They clinked glasses . "To your family."

"To yours ."Dad added before all three of us downed our drinks .

A/N: sorry for the terrible posting I've been going through a lot of personal inner turmoil and didn't want it to leak into my writing . I tried to only post prewritten stuff and now that I have run out of a lot of my back of things I need to start writing . so last week I basically posted very little . I do have a few new stories I am thinking of starting near the end of November and the beginning of December . thanks to those have been patient with me  as a gift I am posting two more chapters today of a book I have written on . Thanks and back to your regular scheduled stories .
