Cameron's POV
"Well, Kaylee is awake and she is fine. We think that she just had a panic attack so she should be fine, but we will give her medicine to take once a day. She should be out of here tomorrow. We want to keep her overnight to be sure she is okay."
"Thank you. Can we go see her?" I ask.
"Yes. Room 236."
We walk to Kaylee's room and when she sees us, she smiles.
"Please someone go to McDonald's and buy me a ton of food." She says.
We all start laughing.
"Do you know why you had a panic attack?" Emily asks.
"No. I have no idea."
Kaylee's POV
*flashback to earlier today*
I was laying on the bed with Hayes next to me and we are watching Frozen. I feel my phone vibrate and see a text from an unknown number.
You got away this time, but I won't let you get away next time.
I instantly know it was my dad. I started to feel hot and I started shaking. Hayes feels my head and asks me 'whats wrong' and everything went black.
Hayes' POV
"No. I have no idea." Kaylee says.
I know she is lying. I can see it on her face.
"How about you guys go get Kaylee food and I will stay with her." I say.
"Okay" Emily says and they walk out.
"You know." I say.
"I know what?"
"You know why you had the panic attack."
She sighs and I see her eyes get watery.
"When we were watching the movie, I got a text from an unknown number. It said 'You got away this time, but I won't let you get away next time.'"
She starts crying and I tell her not to worry.
"Everything will be okay." I insist.
At least I hope it will.
*next day*
Emily's POV
Today we have Magcon. I am really excited and I can tell Cameron is too.
Kaylee is being discharged from the hospital today after Magcon.
"Babe, we only have 10 minutes until we have to be downstairs." Cameron tells me.
"Okay. I'm just staying backstage anyways so I don't have to look perfect so I guess I'm ready."
"You always look perfect." Cameron tells me and I smile and kiss his cheek.
Cameron's POV
*downstairs on stage*
"Okay guys. I want to personally introduce you to the love of my life, Emily."
Emily's POV
"Okay guys. I want to personally introduce you to the love of my life, Emily."
Oh my god. I am not ready to go on stage. Cameron looks at me and motions me to come on stage. I shook my head no and he came backstage and took my hand.
"It will be okay. They already love you." He says.
I roll my eyes and walk on stage. I am so nervous but all of the fans start screaming and cheering for me.
"You guys are so cute!"
"I love you Emily!"
All of these comments are being screamed and I am so happy that I smile super big.
A couple of mean comments were also said but like I always say, screw the haters. I am so used to it by now that I don't even give a shit what other people say.
*after Magcon*
Cameron's POV
"Did you like it?" I ask Emily.
"Yes! It was so much fun. I was so nervous at the beginning but it turned out to be really fun."
I smile and kiss her lips. She pulls away and I frown.
"Oh babe. Don't be sad. There will be plenty of time for that later. Now, we have to go get Kaylee!!" I smile and Emily hops on my back.
"Giddy up horsey." She tells me and I start laughing.
I walk to the car with her on me and we get into the car. I put my hand on her leg and she grabs it and rubs her thumb over my knuckles. I smile at her and she smiles back.
I park the car and Emily runs in really quick to get Kaylee. I see Kaylee start skipping to the car and Emily is walking behind her and laughing.
The car door opens and they both sit down.
"I am so happy to be out of that place but now I want REAL food!" Kaylee tells me.
"So... Subway?" I ask.
"YAS!"
*at hotel*
Kaylee's POV
Hayes runs up to me and hugs me when I walk into our hotel room.
"You really have to stop scaring me by getting hurt, missy." Hayes tells me and I laugh.
"So... tired...must...cuddle..." I say.
Hayes laughs and pulls me to the bed. I lay on his chest and he kisses my head.
"What movie?" He asks me.
"Paranormal Activity 2" I tell him.
He clicks play and at every scary part, I jump and he holds onto me.
"I will never let that happen to you." He tells me each time I jump.
Emily's POV
"I am going to go shower." I tell Cameron.
"Okay. I'll be out here."
I get into the shower and I think I hear something.
"Cameron?" No answer. I must just be imagining things.
