I have a task for you, go to the closest mirror to you, be it in your room, bathroom or whatever, it doesn't matter. I just want you to look at yourself for a minute( not literally a minute but enough to take you in)

That person in the mirror is you. That person you are looking at, yep that's you. That's not anyone else.

But don't worry it's you.
Really you, you exist.
