I sat down at the table and pulled out my lunch. I was overwhelmed by the sounds of the hundreds of students crowding the lunchroom. I heard odd fragments of conversations.
“He changed this time.”
“I have a massive headache”
“Sarah! I can't believe you destroyed my Minecraft world!” “That’s what you get for eating my chips!”
I took a deep breath as I slowly began eating. Just as I was about to take a bite I was interrupted by a girl sitting next to me.
“Hiya,” Kaley said with a smile, “you should text me so I have your number.”
“Okay,” I said with a smile.
I pulled out my phone and texted the number she gave me.
