Harry's POV

'Hey Harry, I know you don't want to hear this but we've been watching you. I see the little girl you've been hanging around and just to let you know, James it targeting her. You should know that she will get hurt because you know that James doesn't like seeing you happy.'
I listened to it at least five times and couldn't believe what I was hearing. I threw my phone on the ground and put my head in my hands trying to think this through.
My head was buzzing with what if questions. What if she leaves me? I sound like a pussy. What if she isn't able to understand? Will James ever let us be happy?
I heard footsteps, snapping me out of my internal debate, and looked up to find Skye, along with loads and loads of shopping bags. She must have noticed my upset expressions asked, "Are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm fine," I lashed out.
She knew that I wasn't. "Don't lie to me," she said and her eyes were stern.
"Really, Skye. It's nothing," I didn't want to talk about this with her right now. I don't want her to know about what happened. She won't understand.
"Fine. But I need to talk to you about something." she said back and looked nervous.
"What is it?" I asked back, scrunching my eyebrows together.
"Can we go inside first?" She was avoiding eye contact at this point, "Wait, why are you in the hall?"
"Well, I forgot my key again, so I had to wait out here until you got back."
She giggled and seemed to be calmer. She pulled out her key, and unlocked the door. We walked inside and she set down her multitude of shopping bags.
She walked over to me and looked me straight in the eye, "If I ask you this, you can't get mad at Kate or Rose!"
"Why would I be mad at them?" I questioned. I'm not making any promises. My temper has a mind of it's own.
"Well, I was talking to them and I heard someone's name. Whenever I would try to ask them about that person, they went silent and told me that it wasn't their place to tell me. I want to know the truth."
"What's the person's name?"
If she says Casey I'm going to lose it.
"Umm..Casey," she looked down at the floor and played with her fingers.
Dammit.
I could feel my blood boiling and tried to focus on my breathing in attempt to calm myself down. I sucked in my cheeks and clenched my jaw. I stayed silent.
"Harry, I don't want to upset you. I care about you and I just want to know what happened." her tone was curious but compassionate.
I hated talking about this. No matter who it was with. It showed weaknesses and I hated allowing other people to see my weak spots. There was a reason I didn't tell many people, and that was because I simply stopped trusting people. Everyone including my father, mother, and now Casey have let me down. There are only six people who I completely trust: Perrie, Louis, Niall, Liam, and Zayn, and now Skye. Something about her made it easy to trust her.
I could trust Skye and I knew that, so I decided to go ahead and tell her. I would have to tell her eventually and she deserved to know the truth.
"You can tell me." she pleaded.
