Full of stormy weather.

Shit, please not now. Not today.

I think as I see the sky turning dark and it starts to drizzle.

Wearing nothing but a T-shirt, some shorts and a thin jacket, I was on my way to an interview.

No worries, it's for a summer job at an ice cream shop so I didn't have to be dressed that decent.

But still, soaked by the rain wouldn't make a good impression.

I check my watch as I try to find shelter. I left early, maybe I can ride home and change?

Shaking my head, knowing I'm not going to make that.

After a few minutes, it's raining really hard. There's even thunder and lightning.

I see a tunnel and decide to ride towards it.

"I'm doomed." I say as I finally get under the tunnel.

"Nah it's just a little rain." I hear a voice from behind me.

I startle and turn around.

"Sorry, didn't mean to scare you!" the guy says to me with a smile.

He looks really, really good with his dirty blonde hair and green eyes.

I sigh, "It's okay. It's just, I have an interview and I'm soaked. So yeah that."

The guy smiles again, "I'm sure they'll understand. I actually have to meet a candidate at work too and I don't have a name or number to call and inform her, so I hope she also understands that I'm a little late."

The lightning struck again and the thunder was harder than I expected so I shiver.

"Are you a little scared?" the guy smirks.

I shake my head, "No. I'm just cold because my clothes are wet. That's all."

He frowns, grabs his backpack and hands me a sweater.

"Here, I don't want you to get sick." he says.

I thank him, take off my jacket and pull his sweater over my head.

"I'm Kendall by the way." he reaches his hand.

"[Y/N] " I reply as I shake it.

The two of us start talking for a few minutes and the sky clears.

"I think we're good to go. Bummer, I had a nice time talking to you actually..." Kendall states as he grabs his bike.

I chuckle, "I'm sure we'll bump into each other some time again. It's a small town."

"You going this way?" he asks as he points into the direction I'm about to go.

I nod, "Yeah but I'm gonna call the manager to let him know I'm on my way. So go ahead."

Kendall gives me a smile, a quick nod and heads off as I dial the number of the manager.

As I'm waiting for him to pick up, I see Kendall stopping and reaching into his pocket.

The waiting beep thing stops and I hear:
