Part 11

Aki woke up today feeling more useless then ever.
She was walking towards the knife but she remembered...
She couldn't.
She raveled her arms with bandages and walked outside with a smile.
A fake smile.
She happily padded along the sidewalk.
Nome was at work so she got time.
She realized Nome wasn't home so her face changed instantly.
She slowly padded her way to her house.
She took her pills.
Aki unraveled the bandages from her arms.
"I'm not really comfortable with these... But... Nome... I got to bear it. For him."
She just sat on the bed using her phone.

// 6 hours later

Aki was reading a book
Until she saw Nome coming home from work.
Rushing to her room, she then put on the bandages.
Then she tried to smile.
The smile looked a little weird and wonky.

Nome opened his door and then stripped off his tie and sat on the couch.
He yawned loudly.
"I wonder how Aki's doing..."
"I'll go see her once I... Take...a... Nap...."
Then he dozed off to sleep.
