"You like drawing, Theo?" Klaus asked, as the two of us and Stefan lounged in the hotel room.
I didn't look up from my book.
"Yes." He smiled slightly. "Would you mind showing me?"
He sounded so sincere I looked up in surprise. "O-okay...?"
I started at the front.

I flushed as I came to the last drawing and Klaus still hadn't spoken.
"Can you say something?" I tried to stay sassy. "These....are the best pieces of art I have ever seen, Theo." he breathed.
I blushed more.
"You've captured the love of Stefan and Elena, the mother's love for her child, the teamwork of brothers, and the personalities in a family..." he put it so poetically.
"You like them?" I stammered. "That's an understatement. Do you know what you drew?" Klaus asked.
I knew what he meant.
"I saw them in my dreams. I drew the faces from my memory, and then I realized that it was my mother and her brothers. You, Elijah, and Kol." I answered quietly.
"Who is Malia?" Klaus asked.
I shrugged. "I don't know why I drew her. She died years ago at the age of eight or nine."
She confused me immensely. The beautiful girl who walked in the woods.
"Did you know that both your grandmothers were witches?" Klaus inquired.
"No."
I was intrigued. "You've never met this Malia girl, but you drew a perfect picture of her..." he gave me a knowing look. "You may have the gift of insight or foresight."
My jaw dropped.
"Seriously?" I half shrieked.
My uncle covered his ears. "Ouch."
I smiled apologetically. "Sorry." I apologized. We both laughed.
I think I was starting to like my mother's brother.
