Unexpected

The first day of school

It is the first year of high school for me and I see my best friend since birth Lacey "Hey stranger" she says "Hey ling time no see" I say. "I heard that you and Chris broke up over the summer I'm sorry" she says sadly I shake my head as if I'm fine

Then I see Luke my best guy friend "Hey Zoey!" Luke says as he hugs me I smile.

I bet you are wondering what the story is about Chris but you have not met him yet so it is not time for that but you will find out soon.

"What's your first class Zoe" Luke asked "Language arts" I say "Zoe...that's what Chris has first good luck" Lacey says.

I enter Language Arts and find Chris filled with anger I sit next to him (that was the only spot left).

"Hey" Chris says "Hey" I say sadly then class starts just in time before I have a heart attack.

Ok now for the story between me and Chris, we started going out at the beginning of 8th grade and over the summer we started to fall apart. He cheated in me near the end of the school year and I tried to pretend I did not know. Lacey told me all of this by the way. I could not hide it from Chris any more and told him and he said that he didn't love me any more and he just left me. But the worst part is that I still like him even though he cheated on me.

The bell rings and I rush out of class when the bell rings and I feel a tug on my arm and it was Chris "We need to talk" he says. "Oh my gosh Chris are you for real? What is there to talk about I hate you more than anything you can just go jump off a cliff for all I care just leave me alone!!" I say with tears rushing down my face.
