Suspicion

(Y/N) POV

It has been three weeks since I was locked in here. This was torture. Neptune would come down everyday to check on me and I try to convince her to let me go but nothing seems to reach her. It started to remind me about the time Noire locked me in a dungeon but at least she was more considerate, right? She treated me with more care and less of an item. I’m not saying that I enjoyed being kidnapped by Noire but if I were to choose, I would choose Noire over Neptune any day.

IF POV

Compa and I knocked on the door of the basilicom. Neptune opened the door with a cheerful grin.

Neptune: “Iffy! Compa! How are my two best gals doing?”

Compa: “Hello Neppy. We came to visit you and (N/N).”

Neptune’s grin stayed on her face but by the look in her eyes, she was hiding something. Neptune let us in and we sat down on the couch.

Neptune: “I’ll go get (Y/N). Be right back.”

Neptune walked away from us. When she left the room, I looked at Compa with a confused look.

IF: “Get?”

Compa: “What’s wrong Iffy?”

IF: “Why would Neptune have to ‘get’ (Y/N)?”

A few minutes later, Neptune came up with (Y/N) but something was wrong. (Y/N) looked as if she could barely walk on her own and she looked weak.

(Y/N): “Hey guys.”

Her voice was weak.

IF: “Hey (N/N). We came to check on you.”

Compa: “You haven't been answering your calls or messages. We got worried.”

(Y/N): “I’m okay. Just busy.”

Neptune hugged (Y/N). (Y/N) gave me a look that was begging for help. What is Neptune doing to her? Does (Y/N) really need our help?

IF: “Well looks like we have to get going. We have some quests to do right, Compa?”

Compa: “But Iffy. Didn't we come to help (N-

IF: “Let's go, Compa.”

Compa and I left the basilicom. When we were out of eyesight, I pulled Compa behind a wall.

IF: “I think (Y/N) needs our help.”

Compa: “Why would you say that?”

IF: “I saw something in her eyes. It was fear. Neptune is doing something to her.”

Compa: “Then let's go save her.”

IF: “We can't just go in like that. We have to make sure that's the issue.”

(Y/N) POV

Neptune dragged me back to the dungeon and put the chains back around my wrists. Then out of nowhere, she pulled out a knife.

Neptune: “I told you not to talk to noone!”

(Y/N): “What are you-

Neptune: “I guess you are a little stubborn. I’ll have to teach you a lesson.”

(Y/N): “Huh?”

Neptune took the knife and pressed it against my leg. She then dragged the knife, creating a large cut on my leg. I held back a scream and tears begin to pour from one of my eyes.

Neptune: “It's for your own good.”

She dragged the knife up to my face, trailing blood on my shirt. She placed the same pressure on my face with the knife. Then with a swift move, she cut cheek, leaving a cut deep enough to leave a scar.

IDK POV

Neptune started to take off the chains around (Y/N)’s wrists and left the room. When she came back, she had bandages and threw them on the floor.

Neptune: “Fix those cuts.”

(Y/N): “Are you letting me out of this dungeon?”

Neptune didn't respond. Instead, she sat down and watched (Y/N) while she holds the bloody knife. She looked at the knife and ran her fingers through the blood. (Y/N) started to patch herself up, wincing at each pull and tug from the bandages. When she was done, she pushed the remaining bandages near Neptune.

Neptune: “Come on.”

Neptune held her hand out towards (Y/N). (Y/N) looked at the hand and hesitantly took it. Neptune walked (Y/N) out of the dungeon and into the living room.

Neptune: “You don't mind if I have you go to the library for some new manga right?”

(Y/N): “Not at all.”

(Y/N) was about to reach for her coat until Neptune pulled her back.

Neptune: “Don't talk to anyone. Understand?”

Neptune’s words were cold and serious in a way to make your skin crawl. (Y/N) swallowed and nodded her head.

Timeskip

(Y/N) was looking through the manga section in the library. She didn't know what kind of manga to get Neptune.

Noire: “(Y/N)?”

(Y/N) quickly turned her head to see Noire and turned her attention away from her.

Noire: “(Y/N), it's me Noire.”

Noire walked towards her to see the bandage on her face. She could even see the blood under it. She was about to reach for (Y/N)’s face but (Y/N) moved to the side.

Noire: “(Y/N), what happened? Why is your face bandaged?”

(Y/N) continue to ignore Noire’s questions.

Noire: “Is Neptune doing this to you?”

Noire was getting sick and tired of (Y/N)’s silence and grabbed her by the arm.

Noire: “I'm taking you to Lastation.”

(Y/N): “N-No. Please.”

Noire didn't take no for an answer and transformed to her HDD form. She picked up (Y/N) and flew to Lastation.
