"Hey Georgyy!!" Katie screamed. "Oh, you're so funny!!", she said again.
That's how my friends are when Jake passes by. They keep on emphasizing my name. Yes, I know, it's really embarrassing but sometimes, it gets funny.
I keep on walking straight, pretending to act completely normal, pretending to not be Georgy.
Jake doesn't know me, by the way. He's this boy-next-door. Everyone's crushing on him. I never thought I'd be one of them. His hair's just perfect. I really don't know what he does to it. He's sometimes Prom King, sometimes, homecoming prince. I just can't explain how fabulous, popular, cute, humble, smart he is. We were never classmates in any class. I just see him often down the halls.
When we got to our lockers, Katie professed to me, AGAIN, her love for this British, I think, boy band, One Direction.
"They're on their way to Peru right now!!!! I can't believe that I haven't seen them yet!!!!" she said excitedly in a bit of a sad way.
"Kate, love, you'll meet them soon. They'll have another tour here in LA." I told her even though I wasn't sure, just to comfort her. Katie gets so depressed when it gets to this band. I'm not a fan of 1D. Well, I know some of their songs that are popular and their pretty cool, I guess. No hate though. I just know them. That's it.
"Thanks, Georgyyy!! You're the best!! Will you come with me then? You know my mom, she will never ever let me go alone. You're one of the few persons she trusts." she replied.
I shrugged.
My mind was saying, "WHAT?!! I DEFINITELY WON'T WASTE MORE THAN 400 BUCKS FOR A BAND. I COULD GET THE NEW iPHONE AND MORE STUFF WITH THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY!!!"
That's how I think I said it in my head.
But what I actually said is, "Let's see!" with that bit of excitement.
The bell rang and the halls were slowly getting empty.

At home, my 14- year old sister Allie, was talking to our cousin, James, from London. James spoils Allie a lot.
James and I aren't really as close as Allie is with him. Well, we say hi and what's up but that's the most of it. It's probably because I haven't seen him in like 11 years but so does Allie.
"Jaaaaames. Georgy just came in. Wanna speak to?" Allie said.
What. No. I've got nothing to tell him.
"I've got things to do, baby! Just tell him I said hi!" I told her, smiling.
She nodded.
My sister's a total sweetheart but becomes a total baby when talking to our cousin, James.
She doesn't even watch television nor listen to the radio. She just loves books and she's really friendly.

During dinner, my mom told me that she's allowing Allie to visit our relatives in London.
"You would be sleeping at Aunt Jo's for the first week and with Aunt Karen for the following 'til the last week. You'll be leaving a day after graduation." mom whispered.
I was guessing Allie didn't know about this.
I had so many plans for summer. I was supposed to find a job and save up for my theatre workshop. I also promised Katie that I would help her plan her 18th birthday party. I was too confused at the moment, I dozed off.

"So c'mon, c'mon, dance with me babyyyy" the lyrics sang.
It was Saturday, 10 AM and I woke up with this laptop close to my feet and a girl so sucked up by whatever was playing on screen.
"Hey George!!! I'm so glad you're up!! You've got to come with me. My boys finally released their movie and I'm sure it's the best you'll ever get to see in your life!!" she shrieked.
I just yawned.
"George!! Please??? I've been waiting for this since I found out about it!! You know how hard it is for me to be able to watch a real concert. This is my chance to at least know how they are." she cries.
This girl cries a lot when it comes to One Direction.
I closed my eyes so hard and pressed my lips.
"I'll just take a shower. Give me 10 mins." I answered.
"Yaaaay!! I love you so much Georgyyyy love!!! You're the best thing ever!!" she screamed.
xx
While watching the movie, Katie's tears just kept on flowing down her cheeks. After every scene of the movie, she would call me and say, " omg this is my favorite part!"
To sum it up, each scene was her favorite. She loved the movie.
Since I had my years in London, mostly in Wolverhampton. Some scenes looked very much familiar but I wasn't sure about any of them. I was really young then.
"I can't wait for their next movie. I bet it would be as good or even better than this one." she commented happily.
I just smiled. I always do.
To be honest, the movie was amazing. I've opened a different perspective about them. These boys deserve what they have today. Oh, and by the way, that Harry guy is really cute, even cuter that Jake.
"Thanks for coming with me Georgy. For that, I'm getting you your fave frappe!" she exclaimed.
Starbucks was always our favorite hang-out place, our happy place. We talk about the most random things yet never get bored. We could stay there from opening to closing time.
And yes, that's the reason why we always get hyper.

"I can't believe we're going to Hollywood, sis!" Allie said excitingly.
"Really? When?" I asked.
"Mom's getting us a trip!! She said we're leaving after your graduation!" she answered, still sounding excited.
I rushed downstairs to ask mom about it.
Were we really going to Hollywood? I thought we were going to London? Did she change her mind? Well, it's possible.
"Mom, what's Allie talking about? Hollywood?" I asked patiently.
"Oh no dear. You're going to you-know-where still! I just told her that to surprise her." She answered.
"Oh. So we're not going to Hollywood? I like it better there, mom!!!" I replied.
"Sorry honey! You could go next summer! I promise. It's just that I want you guys to meet your cousins. It would be a bum if you guys would grow up not knowing each other." she explained.
I guess she's right.
"Yeaaaaah. I believe so. Well, I guess that trip would be much better." I smiled.
I went back upstairs.
"Hollywood it is, Al! Yay!" I pretended.
Another thing about Allie is that she's so cheerful that she doesn't seem to have any problem on Earth.
I think that's contagious and a bit genetic 'cause mom and dad are too.
