"You're so cold and hateful. What happened to you?" , she asked. He looked at her no emotions shown on his face and he simply replied, "When you've been through the pain I've felt. You become cold, heartless, hateful, and even dead. It's my fault I trusted those people, let them in, and destroy me with their lies. But, I'll always apologize to them no matter what. And, I'll always fall for the same lies no matter what my brain tells me, no matter how true it is because I'll still have hope for that person. So, I'm sorry that I am the way I am, I truly am. I'm so sorry." He looked at her finally showing an emotion, apologetic. She looked at him with sympathy etched in her face. He turned around and walked away tears threating to spill at any moment. He didn't dare look back for he knew if he did he'd cave and go back, back to believing those same lies that he had before. She stood there watching him walk away not daring to say anything because she was scared her words would break what was left of the poor boy, so she watched not saying anything or moving.
