I hope..

I find this one kind of cringey because it was something I just jotted down. I figured I'd post it anyways though.

I don't know where you are
But I hope it's raining there
I hope when you look up at the sky you feel melancholy

I hope when the rain splashes you gracefully
You think of the night you hurt her
How her eyes looked
How her soul filled with despair

I hope when you hear the thunder
You think of how she yelled at you telling you to get out
I hope you think about how powerful and hurt her voice was when she said those words

I hope when you step in a puddle
You think of how she looked so hurt and desperate
I hope you saw as she wished you hadn't hurt her

She thought you was the one
She finally thought she had got it right
She saw a whole future with you
But she got hurt in the end
She knew she shouldn't of let you in
That she should've pushed you away
She saw so much in you but she got nothing from you
It's a pity for her behalf

I hope before you got to bed
You see her pained expression
You feel the pain that she felt
I hope you feel guilty for hurting such a beautiful, innocent soul

I hope in a couple months
You see her with another guy
You see how bright her smile is
How happy he makes her

I hope as you're watching them
You think of all the good memories you two had
How her hands felt in yours
How soft her skin was
How she'd call you a dork and laugh at you
How her hair framed her face perfectly
How when she gave you that very loving look she made butterflies explode in your stomach

I hope you regret your decision..
But I truly do hope you find happiness within another
