[so maybe this imagine might explain why it wasn't posted on Thursday, although I doubt anyone noticed or cared 😂.I have two assessments next week and if I don't pass them, then i get kicked off the course. I'm terrified because I don't understand the subject at all. Ngl all I want right now is Yugyeom to hug me, sad as it is.]

'Yuggie stop I need to study!' you whined as Yugyeom once again pulled your chair away from your desk to hug you.

He placed his face in your neck, "But its so late jagi, you need sleep and I need sleep. So the smart thing to do is to go to sleep. Right now."

You rolled your eyes, playing with his hair slightly, "I need to pass this assessment Yuggie, or I'll get kicked off my course. I need to stay in because then my pare-"

"What use are you going to be when your asleep on your desk?" he retorted, smirking at your defeated and tired face.

Your big baby boyfriend was right. Like an idiot, you'd avoided revising for your somewhat important assessment that was coming up, and now you regretted all your life decisions and were now stressing. You'd spent the whole of yesterday and today revising and it still felt like you understood nothing.

Yugyeom could tell you were stressed because you had gone quiet. He knew that you either hid away from everyone and dealt with it by yourself (which never worked) or you'd have a breakdown releasing all your emotions at once. He knew he was being annoying by interrupting you, but he wanted you healthy and moderately sane for your assessment tomorrow.

You crawled into bed straight away, avoiding his eye contact and turned your back to him. He huffed and pouted slightly sad, thinking that you were mad with him. Yugyeom shuffled closer to you and lightly gripped at his t-shirt you were wearing. "Y/N? Are you mad?" he said quietly and softly.

He heard you sigh, before you turned and looked at him, his figure leaning over yours slightly, "No. I'm just annoyed at myself." He frowned in confusion, tilting his head slightly, "If I hadn't been so stupid and started my revision earlier, I wouldn't be like this now. I always do this, put off doing something only to suffer later. I hate it."

"Then you learn from your mistakes." Yugyeom smiled gently, playing with your hand. His hand was massive compared to yours and he always found it adorable, "Besides, I think you'll do fine. With the amount of studying you've been doing the past two days."

You pushed him down and snuggled into his chest, muttering, "It feels like I've forgotten everything Yuggie. I'm scared."

"That's just nerves Y/N, you're incredibly smart. You don't give yourself enough credit." He laughed slightly, playing with the ends of your hair, "And in the end, you can only do your best and nothing less. If you're really passionate about something, your determination itself will drive you to do well. Its like with my dancing, even when I feel like I just want to give up, I remember how much I love the fans and that everything I do if them and you. When I-"

He was suddenly cut off by you snuggling deeper into his chest, it was then he realised you were fast asleep. He smiled knowing he'd calmed you down enough for you to get a good enough sleep for tomorrow.

He smiled and kissed your head, "You'll be fine baby. I know you will."
