Clary's P.O.V

A few days later....

All I saw before me were dozens of flowers in all different shapes and sizes. They are sunflowers, roses, lilies, and so many more. All in different colors. I am thinking about adding some to the house.

Brighten it up a little bit. Alec is walking with me helping me pick some out. That is the nickname I gave him. His name is very long. This  makes it a lot easier. He is so cute when he is sniffing them. He is short so I hold him up, and he sniffs them. Sometimes he has to grab the flower gently bring it to his face.

He looks like he is really enjoying it if the look on his face is anything to go by. "So which ones do you like?" I ask him. He smiles as he goes around one more time. Just looking this time at all of them. Once he is done he walks over to me.

In the end he choses these really pretty purple flowers. Purple is my favorite color. "Mommy do you think that man will show up today?" He asks while we are checking out with the flowers.

My throat clogs up at this

My throat clogs up at this. I knew this would happen. Of course I have told him about his father. How he is an ice skater, and that he has to be away a lot to compete.

Breaking up with Phichit  was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I know that this isn't his fault. Its mine I could have told him about our son, but I was scared. He loved ice skating so much, and I didn't want to take that away from him.

For the four years that we had dated all he ever wanted was to ice skate. Show the world what he could do. Taking that away from him, I knew he would have hated it. I guess I will never know though what would have happened.

"I guess we will have to see won't we?" I say wanting to hold him.

We walk back to the car when I get a call. I get Alec situated then I answer the call.

"Clary, it's me Phichit. Look I know we got on the wrong foot. Can I please meet you today so we can talk." He says pleadingly.

Speak of the devil I think to myself.  I say back:

"That would be fine, but I would need to drop of Alexandru first. My parents are near by so I can drop him off there." I turn on my car, and begin the drive.

"That sounds fine. Is it okay if we meet at your house?" He asks.

"Sure sounds fine. I will see you in fifteen minutes." I say then I shut my phone.

My parents have been very supportive of me when I got pregnant. They weren't happy, but they still help. Hopefully they won't mind babysitting. I ring the doorbell that is on the house. It's a pale yellow house with white shutters. A white porch that has a sitting area.
