BLACKPINK Reveals 6 Things YG Rookies Are Banned From Doing.

There is a severe prohibition clause in BLACKPINK's contracts that included a ban on many of their activities and made training life supremely difficult sometimes.

1. Drinking

- For obvious reasons, BLACKPINK was not allowed to drink while they were trainees for health, safety, and image reasons.

2. Smoking

- Smoking is known to cause damage to the lungs and be bad for skin and vocal health.

3. Clubbing

- Clubbing! BLACKPINK would have no time to go clubbing as trainees as it would make them exhausted.

4. Driving

- BLACKPINK also wasn't allowed to drive for safety reasons - accients can happen!.

5. Dating

- The six male and seven female trainees were not allowed to eat together in order to avoid potential relationships.

Jisoo and Rosé have noted that if mealtimes overlapped, managers would delay them from eating until other groups finished.

6. Plastic Surgery

- During BLACKPINK’s training period, YG Entertainment garnered a lot of attention for banning plastic surgery for their new group.
