19. What?!

Y/N P.O.V

I stood up from the bed and quickly got dressed. Maybe we did... some stuff, oh shit! I hope Ciel didn't hear. I quickly went to fine Sebastian, and found him making a pot of souls, presumably from Ciel.

"Hiya~" I purred and hugged him from behind.

"Hello kitten. Did you have a nice rest?" He smirked at me, knowing I was still sore.

"S-Shut up!" He laughed before taking the tray of tea to Ciel. I hissed quietly as a flash of pain hit my stomach. I leaned against the counter as it hit again.
"Bastard! What the hell?!" I hissed as it repeatedly hit my stomach. I fell to my knees and held onto my stomach as the pains continued.

"Y/N, are you-" Ciel walked in and froze when he saw me on the floor.
"Sebastian!" The bluenette ran over to me and helped me over to the sofa.

"Y/N, what's wrong? What happened?" Sebastian panicked as the pain stopped.

"I don't know. After you left I felt like I was being stabbed, over and over again. I-I think I'm ok now." I stood up only to be pushed back down again and Ciel passed me a cup of souls.

"We don't know what's going on right now so drink it." Ciel urged and Sebastian had an unreadable expression on his face. The raven haired demon stood up and left without saying a word. I grabbed my stomach in pain again and Ciel panicked. Sebastian came back in with a vile of rainbow coloured powder and a small smile on his face. He knelt down next to me and lifted my shirt. Ciel looked away, in an attempt to be descent.
(Remember it's the 1800, so women showing their legs or anything under a dress was classed as nudity)
Sebastian smeared the powder all over my stomach before holding my hand.

"Congratulations Y/N, were going to be parents."
