Alexandra's POV
*A WEEK LATER AFTER WORK*
I was about to leave the garage when David called me back. "What?" I asked annoyed since I really wanted to get home and sleep until my shift at the bar starts.
"I just wanted to say that you looked hot today." David smirked and I kept a blank expression on my face.
"Look, dude, I am really tired and I really want to sleep until I have to be at the bar so hurry it up and have no shame like usual so I can go." I told him and he chuckled.
"Well maybe I can accompany you while you sleep. But trust me, we wouldn't be sleeping." he winked and I let out a small laugh as he put his arm around me.
"I liked you better when you were sick." I teased as he pouted
"Dude, just let her go home, she needs rest." Harry said as he approached the both of us.
"Don't worry, he's always a jerk like this to me so I'm used to it." I said and David chuckled.
"Hey, I'm not a jerk. I am romantic and now I see you don't like that." he teased and I rolled my eyes playfully as he walked away. "Bye!" he called walking away.
"So you going home too?" I asked Harry and he nodded grabbing his bag.
"Yup, I can drive you home if you want." Harry said and I nodded.
"That'd be great, thanks." I said and we both walked over to his motorcycle. "Nice bike, I almost stole one that looked a lot like this one." I said and Harry's eyes went wide. I burst out laughing at his expression. "Don't worry, I'm just kidding...not really," I said "but I don't steal anymore." why do I keep blurting out things that are related to my past?
"Oh so you used to steal?" he asked and gave me a helmet.
"You'd understand why if you knew about my childhood." I said and we both got on the bike.
"Maybe you could tell me about it some time. How about I take you somewhere tomorrow?" he asked and I thought about it for a moment. Of course I thought Harry was attractive and I was attracted to him but we work together now. Wouldn't it be weird?
"I don't know. I'm not really into dates." I said and Harry chuckled.
"Who said it would be a date?" he asked.
"Oh don't you start with the 'it would just be two people hanging out, no flirting, no romance, just talking and getting to know each other' thing because I've heard that from guys before and in the end they usually get in my pants." I told him "Come on, let's go, I'm tired." I said and wrapped my arms around his waist as he started the motorcycle.
"Looks like you have quite the experience." he stated and I scoffed a little.
"Well, I'm obviously not the Virgin Mary." I said and he chuckled starting to drive down the road. The sun was setting and it was getting darker and darker.

We arrived at mine and Lily's apartment in about 10 minutes and I got off the bike handing Harry my helmet. I fixed my hair quickly as Harry watched me.
"Thanks for the ride." I said and Harry nodded.
"No problem. Okay, so by dates you mean getting all dressed up, looking good and all that then how about we make it an opposite date?" Harry suggested and I furrowed my eye brows.
"What do you mean?" I asked confused.
"You know, we'd go somewhere people on dates would never go and look awful. Do boring things and basically the opposite of what we would do on real dates." he stated and I chuckled.
"Are you serious?" I questioned and he nodded confidentially.
I sighed running a hand through my hair that was a little tangled from the helmet. "Look, Harry, I would love to but I can't. We can't. I mean we work together now. What if things didn't work out? I don't want there to be any tension between us if we end up hating each other. If we didn't work at the same place I would give you a chance but I don't wanna risk anything." I explained as Harry's face became sad. A crooked fake smile played on his lips and sadness became visible in his eyes.
"That's okay. But it wouldn't be a date, I already told you! Please? Just this once? No romance. No flirting. Just colleagues hanging out and nothing more. Please? Don't make me beg." Harry pouted and I giggled at his cuteness.
"Alright, fine! Here's my number," I gave in and handed him a piece of paper with my number on it that was in my pocket. "text me with the details." I said as he took the paper and smiled wide.
"Great, thanks. I'll see you on our opposite date." he winked and drove down the road. I shook my head and went into the apartment building just wanting to get some rest before my bar shift.
