*Aiyana's POV*

I walked through the school doors. Ethan and Aiden stood there with crossed arms, waiting for me.
-"Sorry for being late. Deucalion kept on talking.." I mumbled back, stopping in front of them.
-"What do you think about the boss?" Ethan asked as we started walking through the halls. I shot a look up at the roof, keeping calm.

-"Me? Well.. I think he's pretty weird. It also seems like he knows so much about me. Other than that, he's nice.. caring," I replied, letting out a sigh.
-"He's caring meanwhile. Once you find your place in his pack, you'll be treated as his pet," Aiden muttered, smirking. I nodded once, sighing.

-"Do you guys think he.. likes me?" I whispered, looking at Ethan.
-"Deucalion? I haven't been around the two of you yet. It shouln't be so hard otherwise. We'll see about that when we report back from this mission. It's easier for us to read his emotions," Ethan replied, simply tapping my shoulder.
-"What about you, do you like him?" Aiden asked, looking at me with a small grin.

A small blush appeared on my face.
-"Yeah, I sort of do. It's just.. you know, the way he cares for me," I replied, staring down at the floor. I must admit I'm ashamed of myself.

-"Nice! I'm not one to judge you. Now, here's the place you go off. Drag it in three minutes," Aiden informed before the two of them kept on walking. I kept an eye on them until they disappeared into the hallway that leads to the principals office. What is it that Deucalion needs from there? It can't be that important. If it was, I would never be sent on this. It's always that way... the new ones get the easiest missions.

Not that I'm gonna complain, having missions that can't harm me are perfect... I took a look at my clock. 1 more minute. What if someone like a teacher walks by me when I'm gonna pull the lever? Eh, doesn't matter.
3.. 2... 1 and go!

I pulled down the lever to start the firealarm, and it started immediately afterwards. I leaned my shoulder on the wall beside it, staring down the hall. It didn't take long before people started to gather around outside, looking stressfully at each other. It didn't take long before I could spot Ethan and Aiden outside the school, pretending as if nothing had happened.

I stood up from the wall and turned around, but I couldn't take one step forward. I stopped, staring at Bobby. He had a mix of anger and confusion on his face, just staring at me.
-"Wow... Bobby! I-I can explain!" I said a little loud, nervously scratching my neck. He grabbed my ear, ripping me with him as he started walking outside the school. I tried to keep as close as I could so the pain wouldn't get too much, but the doors didn't help.
-"Pulling a fire alarm to joke around is one thing. Doing it when there's a mass murderer spotted nearby is insane!" He shouted, letting go of my ear as Ethan made his way up beside me.

-"If I was four years younger I..I-I'd punch you!" He snapped, keeping my eye contact.
-"What? I.. that makes no sense! You even said that to Scott!" I whined, crossing my arms.
-"Oh, well it does to me," he mumbled, walking past me and in the school again.

I shot him a confused look, shrugging my shoulders. Luckily it was Bobby that spotted me and not the principal.
-"There," Ethan said and pointed to Aiden who hid in a corner away from people.

I rubbed my ear as we reached him, staring at the floor.
-"We didn't find anything," Aiden said and looked a little bit stressed at me.
-"Not even a scent," Ethan mumbled.
-"A scent? Did we look for a human?!" I snapped, looking at them with intense eyes.
-"Yeah," Aiden mumbled back, chuckling a bit. Well... that explains Bobby's anger.
