*Vic's POV*

I was walking out of my class with my friend Jesse by my side, talking about some random shit.

"Yeah, and he asked me wh-", I started when I suddenly bumped into someone. Which fucktard?!

"What the...oh." I said when I realized who was lying on the floor next to me. It was the guy from coffee shop. He looked pretty scared.

"Hey, I know you from the coffee shop, we both ordered caramel latte, remember?" I smiled.

"Ehm, yeah, hi." He blushed and locked his eyes with mine for a second before he turned his head away from my gaze. He's blushing, that's so freaking cute.

"Hey, Vic be careful with my homie Kellin, here." I heard my little brother Mike, that appeared out of nowhere, say as he helped the guy stand up. Uh-huh, so his name's Kellin.

"Shut up Mike!" I snapped back quickly and got up as well.

"Ehm, sorry for knocking you down or whatever." Kellin said little nervously.

"No big deal." I said with a little smirk.

"Yeah." He blushed again. "I should probably get going." He said, looking at me.

"Um, yeah, see you around, Kells."

"See ya." He said before my brother took him by his arm and dragged him away from me. Mike's such an asshole sometimes.

*Kellin's POV*

So this Vic guy is apparently Mike's older brother as Mike told me. Weird, it looks more like Mike's the older one, but whatever. My thoughts were suddenly disturbed.

"Kellin, are you listening?" Mike asked.

"What? Ehm, yeah, what were you saying?" I asked confusedly.

He chuckled at me. "I was asking if you'd like to come over this afternoon and play video games."

"Yeah, sure that'd be awesome." I said, even though I completely sucked at video games.

The rest of the day went pretty slowly and I couldn't wait to get out of this hell hole. Don't get me wrong, the school is alright, but the lessons are fucking boring.

*Vic's POV*

Finally, the school for today was over. I was waiting in my car for Mike so we could go home. When he finally appeared, he wasn't alone. Kellin was next to him, both of them heading towards my car.

"Hey Victooor." My brother said childishly which caused me to roll my eyes at him. "Kellin's coming over so please be nice for once." He teased me.

"I'm always nice, you asshole." I argued.

"Yeah, I see." My god, I swear he's such a douche. I just sighed and started the car.

The car ride was filled with me talking to Mike and Kellin quietly sitting at one of the backseats, looking out of the window. Not that I was checking him out or something. Who do you think I am, some stalker? Pfff...okay maybe a little bit.

*Kellin's POV*

When we arrived to the Fuentes' residence Mike quickly grabbed my arm and dragged me to their house. He grabbed some food and then we went to his room.

We were playing this, in my opinion, boring game. It was probably because he beat me everytime we started a new one. I actually wanted to win this time, not because of the game, but because of Mike. Everytime he won, he did this weird winner dance. Unfortunately, I'm really bad at video games so I had to watch him dance for like 8th time.

"Hey, Mike." I interrupted him from whatever game he was playing. "I should probably go home already, my mom told me to be at home before dinner."

"Okay, I have to finish this, will you let yourself out?" He asked as he continued shooting a guy in the TV.
"Yeah it's fine, see you tomorrow."

"See ya, Kellin."

I made my way downstairs where I noticed that the TV was on. Just then I saw that Vic was lying on the couch, watching a movie.

"Ehm, bye Vic." I said and Vic jumped in fear.

"Fuck, Kellin, you scared the shit out of me." He let out a sigh.

"Oh sorry, I didn't mean to." I felt my cheeks turn red in embarrassment.

"It's okay." He smiled. "Come with me, I'll drive you home." He said and started to get up from the couch.

"No, it's alright, I can walk, it's not that far away, anyway." I assured him.

"Ah, don't be silly and come on." He said, grabbing his keys and phone.

"Well okay, thanks." He didn't say anything, just smirked at me.

"So Kellin", he said once we started driving towards my house, "why are you always so quiet? You seem like you're nervous all the time or something. Why?" He kinda shocked me by that question.

"Ehm, I don't know, I just am, that's all." I said a little bit bitterly.

"Oh come on, there has to be reason." Oh god, why does he have to care so much? No one, except my mom, cares about me so why does he have to?

"I was always like this, Vic, because back in my school if I tried to say something they would yell at me to shut up because, as they said, a faggot like me doesn't have any rights to speak out loud. And the fact that my dad died didn't really help, are you satisfied now?!?" I yelled at him. We just met and I'm already shouting at him, good job Kells.
A moment of silence passed before Vic decided to speak "I'm sorry, Kellin, for that happening to you." He apologized.
"It's fine, I just don't like talking about that."

By that time I said that, we've already arrived to my house and I was about to get out of the car when Vic grabbed my hand. I looked down at our hands and with that he let go. "Ehm, sorry, I just, I'm really sorry because of, you know, your father and everything." He looked like he really regretted what he said earlier.

"It really is okay Vic." I assured him with a small smile.

"Alright then, ehm, good night Kells." He used my nickname which I found pretty cute.

"Night Vic." I said and got out of his car. I closed the door and he gave me a little wave before he started driving back home.
