In September 3rd, 1986 in Virginia...

A married couple named Amethyst and Mortimer Robins lived in a large cabin at the forest with their three children: Jesse, Natasha, and Trevor. Amethyst and Mortimer were expecting their fourth child, which is another daughter on the way.

Mortimer harvests some white roses from the bush, he puts them in the basket. He is a florist, and so does his wife Amethyst who is also a florist and a gardener.

Jesse is the oldest brother to Trevor and Natasha, he was ready to become a brother to the fourth child, along with his siblings who are also ready to be older siblings to the fourth child.

The three kids helped their parents decorate the nursery room with petals and roses.

That Midnight in September 4th, 1986... Amethyst goes in labor, her water has broken. The family takes Amethyst to the hospital where she could give birth.

At the hospital... The family were praying for Amethyst and the baby to be ok, Mortimer goes with the surgeons because he is the father of his fourth child.

While they are at the waiting room, Amethyst gives birth to a baby girl and she and Mortimer named their youngest daughter Clarissa the name after Amethyst's late great grandmother.

At the patient room... The three kids went to see their new sister, they were amazed with joy.

"She is so beautiful." Said Trevor. "I know, right." Said Natasha. "Yeah." Said Trevor. "So, what's her name?" Said Jesse. "Her name is Clarissa Lena Robins." Said Mortimer. "We named her after your late great great grandmother." Said Amethyst. "Aww." Said Natasha.

4 days later... The family returned home with their new baby daughter, Mortimer placed baby Clarissa in a crib, and he and Amethyst gave her kisses on  the cheek while she sleeps.

5 years later in May 21, 1991... 5-year old Clarissa and her family went to the pond to attend the picnic party.

While at the pond... Amethyst takes Clarissa to see the frogs in the pond.

"See the frogs, love." Said Amethyst. "They're amazing." Said Clarissa. "Yes, they are. See the eggs in the pond, they are called frog eggspawn. The mother frog is protecting its eggspawn from predators." Said Amethyst.

Amethyst opens the basket of different rose petals, she teaches Clarissa to throw petals at the pond water to make it beautiful.

"Throw the petals at the pond, so the pond will so beautiful out there. I throw petals at the pond since when I was a little girl, I was also being mentored by my mom, your grandma to throw petals to the pond." Said Amethyst. "Grandma teaches you to throw petals when you were little?" asked Clarissa. "Yeah, she did. Your grandma used to be the florist like your dad. " said Amethyst. "She used to be a florist?" asked Clarissa.

"Yeah, she really loves all kinds of flowers and so does your late grandfather. Flowers and roses are the delightful plants on Earth, they grow in the sunlight, and they need water to grow. Otherwise, I will find a surprise for you soon." said Amethyst. "Really?" said Clarissa. "Yes, I will." said Amethyst. "Mommy, you're the best." said Clarissa as she hugged her mother.

That Night... Amethyst and Mortimer came in the room to surprise their youngest daughter, Mortimer hides the gift.

"Clarissa, sweetie, we have a surprise for you." said Mortimer. "What is it?" said Clarissa. "Close your eyes, hon." said Amethyst. Clarissa closes her eyes, Mortimer pulls out the gift after hiding it, and it was the flower journal. "OK, open your eyes." said Amethyst.

Clarissa opened her eyes and sees a flower journal being held by Mortimer. "A flower journal, thanks, mom and dad." said Clarissa as Mortimer gives his daughter a flower journal. "You're welcome, sweetheart." said Mortimer.

"You could write about flowers and your discovery in the journal." said Amethyst. "I can?" said Clarissa. "Yeah, sweetie." said Amethyst. "Aww, you're the best." said Clarissa as she hugs her parents.

"Now, get some sleep. We had a big day coming tomorrow." said Mortimer before he and Amethyst leaves Clarissa's bedroom. "OK." said Clarissa before going to sleep. "Good night." said Amethyst and Mortimer as they leave.

The Next Day in May 22... The Robins were at the park. There was a long distance boom sound approaching, there were guards approached by forcing some of the people go in the truck, and Mortimer and Amethyst quickly takes their four children to aunt Samantha's home.

"Samantha, I want you to keep an eye on our kids." said Amethyst. "OK, sis, I will. What's going on?" said Samantha. "The guards are taking some of the people to the concentration camps, I think they are out there looking for us." said Mortimer. "What about you, Mom and Dad?" said Trevor. "Trevor, you're the oldest. Keep your siblings (including Clarissa) safe and sound, we'll find a safe place to hide." said Amethyst. "We love you, kids. Be safe." said Mortimer.

Mortimer and Amethyst leaves Samantha's place, leaving Samantha and her husband George to take care of their nieces and nephews. Clarissa cries for her parents, Jesse and Natasha comforts her. Samantha, George, little Donna and Clarissa and her siblings went to the basement to hide, so that the guards won't find them.
