3RD PERSON
"Aleisha, stop talking about him." Ashton's words are harsh and blunt towards his girlfriend. "You're mine, you know that?"
"Ash, stop." Aleisha's hands are both in the hold of Ashton's, and he doesn't plan to let go of them any time soon. "Seriously, let me go."
Ashton doesn't move, and instead he fixes his gaze into her eyes, cold and serious. Ashton and Aleisha had been at Aleisha's house, but now they're silently arguing out the back, all because of the famous celebrity, Luke Hemmings. Aleisha has been raving on about him and his music video non-stop, and Ashton is really pissed at this rate. He's grateful to have a girlfriend and 3 best friends who put up with him.
"Fine." Ashton loosens his grip on Aleisha, and she jerks her hand back and crosses her arms. She's wearing nothing more than a pink hoodie and shorts even when the spring night of Sydney is extremely cold. She sits down and Ashton realises how lucky he is to have a girl like her in his life. She's able to put up with his short-temper and loves him unconditionally.
He takes a seat next to her and they look out into her backyard together, not a word shared between them. Ashton turns his head toward Aleisha, and she's looking at her phone smiling real hard.
"Don't you dare mention that Luke shit to me, Aleisha." He says, standing up and walking back inside. He walks up the stairs to her bedroom and sits on the bed facing away from the door. He's giving her 10 seconds to come back like past times, and if she doesn't come back then he's leaving. It's a bit obsessive, but Ashton and Aleisha both don't know this. They're too hopelessly in love to realise.
From his spot on the bed, he has a feeling that Aleisha's still outside. She has to come back inside at some stage, she needs sleep. They've been scrolling through their social media's and reenacting anything on cute couple pages to pass up the time. They have so many of the same interests that nodding is practically their way of communication.
He starts counting because it's been about a minute.
1.
2.

4.
At five, his heart starts beating a little faster.
6.
At seven, he doesn't hear anyone coming up the stairs.
8.
At nine, he's hanging onto hope.
At ten he's standing and has a hand on the doorframe and he can make out a click from the front door downstairs.
Aleisha's leaving.
At two in the morning.
Ashton hits himself on the forehead and runs down the stairs in the dark blindly reaching for a pair of shoes. They're probably not his, but he needs to make sure that his girlfriend is safe. His eyes have adjusted to the dark and he can see the door handle. He opens the door and runs out into the middle of the street where he can see Aleisha turning the corner with her phone in her hand. He huffs, seeing as she knows exactly where she's going.
He starts walking briskly towards where she's heading but his pace isn't fast enough so he's practically running down the street.
He runs faster when he reaches the corner but he was stopped because he collided with someone else. His body hit the person so hard that they both fell over and Ashton grazed his elbow.
"Ashton, what the 'ell?" The person on the ground weakly says, holding their head in their hands. "You didn't 'ave to attack me!"
Oh shit.
